Ingredients for Cream of Vegetable Soup
The recipe uses three ingredient types:
- Fresh Milk
- Rock Salt
- One qualifying vegetable or herb
Cook them together in a cooking pot. The game describes the meal as: “Made by simmering vegetables in milk, this healthy dish is as simple as the ingredients.”
Cream of Vegetable Soup vs. Veggie Cream Soup
These are separate recipes, despite their similar names. In the recipe lists, Cream of Vegetable Soup is listed as recipe 53 and Veggie Cream Soup as recipe 54. The key ingredient distinction is:

Carrots and pumpkins do not count as the qualifying vegetable for Cream of Vegetable Soup; using them leads to Veggie Cream Soup instead. Keep the recipe names distinct when checking your meal list.

This is an in-game recipe, not a real-world shopping list. The available recipe references establish its ingredients and the distinction from Veggie Cream Soup, but do not fully establish its Tears of the Kingdom-specific heart recovery, effects, duration, or sale value. Do not assume values from Breath of the Wild apply in this game.
