To open the locked Sewer Tunnels entrance in Slatten Dale, read the note beside the door, follow the path downhill to Molly Jowett’s Trader Camp, and barter with her for the Concrete Shelter Key. A different item, the Sewer Tunnel Key, is found later inside the tunnels and opens an interior Maintenance door.
How to get the Slatten Dale Sewer Tunnels key
- Find the locked entrance in Slatten Dale. Read the note beside the door; it points you to Molly and the key.
- Follow the trail downhill. Molly Jowett’s Trader Camp is down the hill from the entrance. Published guide coordinates vary slightly, placing the camp around 26.3–26.4 E, 79.0–79.1 N; treat those as approximate and use the path and camp as landmarks.
- Barter with Molly. The key is called the Concrete Shelter Key in the guides. Use the Barter option and offer enough trade goods to meet her value assessment. The exact goods and values can depend on your inventory and game state.
- Return to the entrance. Use the Concrete Shelter Key on the locked Slatten Dale door.
This route is reported by Insider Gaming’s March 21, 2025 guide. The published coordinates are not fully consistent, so the note and downhill trail are more reliable navigation cues than a single exact coordinate.

Can you enter without Molly’s key?
Yes. The Slatten Dale key is not the only reported way into the sewer network. The Based Otaku’s guide, updated March 25, 2025, reports alternate entries, including one near a stream east of Molly’s Trading Post and another in Wyndham Village. The tunnels are described as connecting Slatten Dale, Wyndham Village, and Casterfell Woods, so an alternate entrance may suit you if you want to avoid the barter route.
A guide also reports that killing Molly yields the entrance key. That trades away her role as a trading partner, so bartering is the nonviolent option if you want to keep trading with her.

Where to find the separate Sewer Tunnel Key
If you are looking for the key to the interior Maintenance door, it is not Molly’s Concrete Shelter Key. Moyens.net’s May 3, 2025 guide reports that the distinct Sewer Tunnel Key is on a body in the Sewer Tunnels Control Room, reached from the Casterfell Woods side. Search that body, then use the key on the Maintenance door.
