To photograph the collapsed highway in ARC Raiders’ “Reduced to Ruble” quest, go to the Highway Collapse point of interest in southern Blue Gate and use the in-world “Take photo” prompt. You do not need photo mode, a camera item, or binoculars. After the objective advances, travel east to Broken Earth, investigate the large ARC wreck, then extract and turn in the quest to Shani.
Where to take the photo
Enter Blue Gate and head to the Highway Collapse POI in the map’s southern sector. Search around the broken span and nearby treeline for the “Take photo” interaction. All Things How’s Nov. 10, 2025 guide reports that the prompt can appear at more than one spot around the collapse.
This is a standard in-world interaction, not a camera task: activate the prompt when it appears and confirm that the quest objective advances.
What to do if “Take photo” does not appear
- If you are beneath the highway, climb to road level and search along the edge of the broken roadway.
- Move around the collapse and check the nearby treeline; the guide reports multiple possible prompt locations.
- Face the collapsed roadway and shift position a few steps if the prompt appears disabled.
GeekChamp’s Mar. 4, 2026 guide offers more specific suggestions about positioning and framing, but those details are not corroborated by the other guide or an official game source. The dependable cue is the game’s own “Take photo” prompt.
