Connection and lag troubleshooting
Roblox lists approximately 4–8 Mb/s as a minimum connection range for ordinary use. Cloud streaming can be more sensitive than local play to latency, congestion, packet loss, and connection stability, so meeting a bandwidth minimum does not guarantee smooth gameplay.

If the page is blank or repeatedly reloads, first try another supported modern browser, restart the browser, check the connection, and temporarily review aggressive content-blocking settings for the legitimate service.
