You can play Sifu on an Android phone or iPhone with a controller by streaming it from a gaming PC with Steam Link or from a PS4 or PS5 with PS Remote Play. These are remote-play setups, not a native Android or iOS edition: the PC or console runs the game, while your phone receives the stream and sends back your inputs.
Choose the streaming route that matches where you own Sifu

Play the Steam version on a phone with Steam Link
Steam Link streams video and audio from your gaming PC to another device and returns your inputs to the PC. The PC remains responsible for running the game. Steam lists Android 5.0 or later and iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV devices running iOS 11.0 or later as supported client-device categories on its Remote Play page. Check the current app listing and device requirements for your phone before setup.
- Install and launch Sifu on the PC. The Steam support listing identifies the game and its Windows PC minimum requirements: Sifu on Steam.
- Install Steam Link on your Android phone or iPhone. Sign in and follow the app’s prompts to connect it to the Steam-running PC.
- Connect a supported controller. Pair the controller with the phone or connect it as supported by your device, then check that Steam Link recognizes the inputs. Valve’s Android Steam Link support page lists Xbox One S Controller, DualShock 4 on Android 9.0 or later, Razer Kishi, and Raiju Mobile. It notes that other devices may work but are not officially supported: Steam Link controller support.
- Start the Remote Play connection and launch the game through Steam Link. Keep the PC available while you play; it is the host running Sifu.
For Android Steam Link, Valve recommends a 5 GHz wireless router. A stable connection matters because the game’s picture and sound are streamed and your controller inputs travel back to the PC. A phone-mounted controller such as the Razer Kishi is a documented Android option, but it does not replace the PC. The cited Steam controller page does not establish support for every iPhone/controller combination, so verify compatibility for your exact iPhone and controller before buying.
Play the PlayStation version with PS Remote Play
PlayStation marks Sifu as supporting Remote Play on its game page. You still need access to a PS4 or PS5 with the game: Remote Play streams from that console rather than installing the PlayStation game on your phone.

- Make the PS4 or PS5 available. The console must have Sifu and be set up for Remote Play.
- Install the PS Remote Play app on your Android phone or iPhone, then sign in with the relevant PlayStation account and connect to the console. PlayStation’s setup guidance is at PS Remote Play setup.
- Connect a controller or use the app’s on-screen controls where supported. On iPhone and iPad, PlayStation documents DualShock 4 support on iOS 14 or later and DualSense support on iOS 14.5 or later. On Android, it documents on-screen controls from Android 9, DualShock 4 from Android 10, and DualSense from Android 12. PlayStation also lists Backbone One compatibility for selected phone OS versions; consult its current compatibility information rather than assuming every controller works.
- Connect to the console and start Sifu. Keep the console and phone online for the duration of the session.
PlayStation states a minimum connection speed of 5 Mbps and recommends at least 15 Mbps for a better Remote Play experience. Those are its published network thresholds, not a guarantee of smooth play: actual streaming quality and responsiveness can vary with the network environment and, on mobile data, the carrier.

The PlayStation Sifu page separately lists PS5 and PS Portal cloud streaming as supported with a PlayStation Plus Premium subscription. This is distinct from PS Remote Play, which streams from a PS4 or PS5 console you can access. Cloud-streaming eligibility, subscription terms, and regional availability can change, so confirm them on PlayStation’s current Sifu page before relying on that route.

What to check if the controller or stream does not work
- The app cannot find the game host: Confirm that Steam is running on the PC or that the PlayStation console is available, and that the phone is signed into the appropriate app/account.
- The controller is not recognized: Check its pairing with the phone and confirm its compatibility with the app and your Android or iOS version. PlayStation controller support has specific OS-version thresholds; Valve’s named Steam Link controller list is specifically for Android.
- The stream stutters or feels delayed: Check the network connection at both ends. For Android Steam Link, Valve recommends a 5 GHz wireless router; for PS Remote Play, PlayStation recommends at least 15 Mbps for a better experience.
- You expected a phone installation: The documented methods stream the PC or PlayStation version. The cited official pages do not establish a native Android or iOS release.
