- Repeat with the food you have available if you want to keep using this route.
The sources do not name food types, prices, or Bond gained per item. Use available shop food rather than assuming one purchase is more efficient than another.

Build Bond during normal play
Prima Games also reports that battles and interactions can raise Bond. These are ways to make progress while advancing through the game, but the guide gives no measured gain or battle count.
- Battles: Use the Digimon in your battles.
- Talking and Digiline: Respond when a conversation or Digiline interaction appears.
What Bond affects
Prima Games describes Bond as a 0–100% game value and says it affects how much of a Digimon’s stats are retained through Digivolution and De-digivolution. Bandai Namco’s patch notes dated October 10, 2025, report that higher Bond increases Extra Strike activation, CRT Rate, Item Drop Rate, and Rare Drop Rate.
