Get a Sobering Stone. One reported route starts at Yellow Wind Formation: Windrest Bridge. Cross the bridge, go left toward the houses, then turn right into a courtyard. Break the golden keg in the house at the left corner. Game8 also lists a Sobering Stone in a pot at Windrest Hamlet, so either reported location may work for your save (PowerPyx’s quest walkthrough; Game8’s guide).
-
Return to the boar and give him the stone. Talk to him again at Rockrest Flat, hand over the Sobering Stone, and continue the conversation until he repeats himself.

What’s inside the Kingdom of Sahali
The gate unlocks access to the secret area; the encounters beyond it are separate from the steps needed to open it. You’ll face a secret version of Tiger Vanguard, distinct from the Tiger Vanguard at Crouching Tiger Temple. After that fight, speak with the NPC on the cliff to start the Fuban fight. Defeating Fuban awards the Wind Tamer vessel, which PowerPyx describes as useful against flying bosses (PowerPyx’s secret-area guide; PowerPyx’s quest walkthrough).
