Sentiment is Virginia’s relationship mechanic. Reaching its maximum is tied to the CHIVALRY IS NOT DEAD achievement. Player-authored guides describe ways to build sentiment, but the official patch notes do not publish the scale or the exact threshold.

How long does max sentiment take?
There is no reliable, verified number of interactions needed. One Steam guide author estimated about 20 thumbs-up events in their playthrough, but noted that the count varied for them and that other players reported different totals. Use the achievement as your indicator rather than relying on a fixed count.

Does high sentiment affect anything else?
A game wiki reports that high-sentiment Virginia visits more often following a patch, and that high sentiment changes Virginia’s gold-room cutscene variant in multiplayer. The wiki does not establish that the cutscene uses the same threshold as maximum sentiment, so treat these as related reported effects rather than proof of a specific sentiment level.
