Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallSign in to your Call of Duty account, link at least one gaming-network account, then go to callofduty.com/redeem. Enter the code and any requested details, select Redeem Code, and look for the confirmation message. If the promotion supplied its own branded redemption link, use that link instead.
Redeem your code
- Sign in to your Call of Duty account. If you do not have one, create an account.
- Check your linked accounts. At least one gaming-network account must be linked to your Call of Duty account.
- Open the correct redemption page. Use callofduty.com/redeem, unless the promotion gives you a branded link. Activision lists callofduty.com/brand as an example.
- Enter the code exactly as supplied and fill in any other information the page requests.
- Select Redeem Code and check for the confirmation message.
Choose the right platform for the promotion
If the redemption page asks you to select a platform, choose one linked to your Call of Duty account. Activision says promotional digital content is available through all gaming-network accounts linked to a Call of Duty account in most cases, though some content may be limited to one account. Check the promotion’s own instructions for platform eligibility and any special requirements.

“Invalid Code”
Check the characters against the code printed on the receipt, insert, or packaging, then enter it again exactly as shown.
“Code Already Redeemed”
Activision says this message means the code has already been used for that bonus content. Check the game to see whether the content is already available.

“Max Limit Reached”
Make sure you are signed in to the account you intended to use. Some digital content, including some 2XP codes, has account redemption limits; consult the promotion’s terms for its rules.
Redemption succeeded, but the content is missing
Activision says digital content can take up to 24 hours to appear. If the game was open when you redeemed the code, restart it; on console, try restarting the console too. If the content is still missing after 24 hours, contact Activision Support.
