To redeem a code, launch the original All Star Tower Defense experience published by Top Down Games, open the gear or settings control in the lobby, find the code field, enter the code exactly, and submit it with the on-screen control. Do not use an All Star Tower Defense X code list or Roblox’s separate gift-card redemption page: they are different systems.

First, verify which All Star Tower Defense you opened
Roblox has two separate Top Down Games experiences with very similar names:

That listing showed an October 8, 2026 update date when checked; Roblox pages and game interfaces can change, so treat the live listing as the current authority.

What you need before entering a code
- A Roblox account that is signed in to the account where you want the reward credited.
- Access to the original All Star Tower Defense experience, not the X edition.
- The complete code, copied from a current announcement or typed with its capitalization, numbers, punctuation, and spacing preserved.
- A stable connection so the submission can reach the game server.
You do not need to visit Roblox’s general code-redemption website for an All Star Tower Defense code. Game-specific codes are entered inside the experience. Roblox’s platform page is intended for Roblox gift-card, virtual-item, or platform promo codes, which use a different process.

Within that menu, find the box intended for a code. Read the surrounding text so you do not paste a code into a chat, search, username, or other field. The exact field label is not established in the available official material, so follow the wording shown by your current game client.

Paste or type the code exactly
Paste the complete string when possible. Do not add quotation marks, explanatory text, a leading or trailing space, or a line break. If you type it manually, compare every character, including zeros versus the letter O and ones versus lowercase l. Keep the capitalization supplied by the announcement unless the game clearly states that codes are case-insensitive.

Submit through the in-game control
Use the submit, confirm, redeem, or similarly labelled control that appears beside the field. Current sources do not verify one permanent button label, so do not rely on an old screenshot. Wait for the game’s own success or error message before closing the menu. A click that produces no visible response may indicate a connection delay, an outdated server, or an incorrectly placed cursor.

Check the result in the game
If the game confirms redemption, look at the relevant in-game balance, item list, or mailbox if the interface directs you there. A reward may not appear in the Roblox website inventory because the code belongs to the experience. If nothing changes, keep the error text and work through the troubleshooting section below rather than repeatedly submitting the same string.
Where to find legitimate, current codes
The official Roblox listing tells players to check the lobby update board and the game’s social links for codes and announcements. Those are the safest places to verify that a code is intended for the original experience and has not expired. Open the links from the listing itself rather than trusting an unrelated page that combines codes for both games.
Do not treat a code-list article, video description, repost, or screenshot as proof that a code still works. Code lists can preserve old entries after a promotion ends, and search results can mix All Star Tower Defense with All Star Tower Defense X. A current official announcement should identify the game or provide enough context to match it to the original listing.

Do not confuse game codes with Roblox promo codes

Roblox Support’s general promo-code guidance is useful for platform codes and for broad checks such as account and transcription errors, but its website steps are not the redemption route for an All Star Tower Defense code. Going to the platform page will not make a game-specific code valid.
Why an All Star Tower Defense code may fail
The code has expired
Roblox Support notes that promo codes can expire or be available only for a short period. Game announcements may also impose their own end time. If the game rejects a code that was copied accurately, check the date and wording of the original announcement. Do not assume that a code remains active because it still appears on a third-party list.
You are in the wrong experience

You are signed in to an unexpected account
Roblox Support recommends checking that the correct account is logged in when a code does not work. Confirm the username in the Roblox client before launching the experience. If several people use the same device, sign out of the wrong account and repeat the in-game process on the intended account.
The reward is already on the account
Support guidance also recommends checking whether the exclusive item is already in the account inventory. A successful earlier redemption can look like a failed attempt if the game does not display a second confirmation. Search the relevant in-game inventory, balance, or item screen before assuming the code was rejected.
The server has not received a new code
A community-maintained All Star Tower Defense wiki suggests trying a new or VIP server when a code fails, on the theory that a server may have started before a new code became available. This is community advice, not official troubleshooting, and it cannot revive an expired code. If you use it, first record the exact error, then leave normally and join a fresh server before entering the same current code once.
The interface changed after an update
The gear-menu path is reported by a July 2026 guide, not confirmed in the official listing. An update can move the field, rename the menu, or alter how a successful redemption is displayed. Use the controls visible in the current client and consult the lobby update board for instructions tied to that version. Avoid following a screenshot that shows a different layout.

The submission did not reach the game
If pressing the in-game control produces no message, wait briefly for the connection to respond. Check that Roblox has not disconnected, then reopen the menu and submit once. Repeated rapid clicks can make it harder to tell whether the code was accepted. If the problem affects every known-current code, restart Roblox and try a fresh server; do not interpret a network symptom as proof that the code itself is valid.

A practical troubleshooting order
Use this order so each check eliminates a different cause:
- Read the experience title again and confirm it is the original All Star Tower Defense published by Top Down Games.
- Compare the code with a current official announcement or the lobby update board.
- Check the Roblox username and make sure it is the account that should receive the reward.
- Re-enter the string without extra spaces or surrounding text.
- Look in the relevant in-game inventory or balance for an item that may already have been credited.

- Keep the code separate from your login details: a legitimate in-game redemption field should not request your password.
A code can be public without being safe to redeem through an unofficial tool. The normal process requires only the game client, the code string, and the account already signed in to Roblox.
What the official information confirms—and what it does not
The official experience listing confirms the original game’s publisher, its tower-defense identity, and the direction to the lobby update board and social links for information and codes. Roblox Support confirms general expiration and account-entry checks for Roblox promo codes. The precise current game-menu labels, a permanent button name, active code strings, rewards, level gates, and expiry dates are not established by those sources.
That distinction matters because an old guide can be correct about the general location while being out of date about the button or field. Treat the live game as the final check for the interface, and treat a current official announcement as the final check for whether a particular code is active.
