- Check current AION 2 official support and announcements for pack-specific claim instructions. The official sources listed below do not establish a claim menu, button, mail-delivery process, or other exact steps.
- Follow the instructions shown by the official service for the correct account and character. The reviewed sources do not specify which character or server receives the rewards, so confirm that before claiming if the service presents a choice.
Do not treat coupon redemption guidance as a Founder’s Pack walkthrough. The official support FAQ describes pre-registration coupon codes and says they can be redeemed in-game after official launch; it does not explain how to claim Founder’s Pack entitlements.

As of October 4, 2026, the official global page lists AION 2’s launch as October 5, 2026, and advertises five-day advanced access with the Founder’s Pack. Steam says advanced access starts September 30, 2026. The official page displays the pack offer period as ending October 6, 2026 at 12:00 AM. These are time-sensitive dates and offer details, so check the official AION 2 page and current store listing for updates.

The official global page says eligible players receive two launch celebration mounts automatically in their in-game mailbox: “All mounts are automatically sent to your In-Game Mail box”. That statement applies to those celebration mounts; it does not confirm that Founder’s Pack rewards arrive by mail or use the same claim method.
