- Sign in with the same Bandai Namco ID that is linked to the game account.
- Choose Enter Promotion Code (the page can be labeled as the promotion-code input screen).
- Type the code exactly, submit it, and wait for the confirmation.
- Launch or return to the game, open the Home screen, and allow the reward to be delivered. Check the Gift Box for items other than Rainbow Diamonds.
If the code page accepts the submission but nothing appears, do not immediately submit repeatedly. Use the account and delivery checks in the troubleshooting section below.

What you need before entering a code
- An installed, up-to-date copy of ONE PIECE Bounty Rush with an online connection.
- A Bandai Namco ID that is linked to the game account receiving the reward.
- Access to the official Web Store for the game’s region.
- The complete promotion code, including every letter and number, and any stated expiration or regional restriction.
- A way to open the game after the Web Store submission so the server can deliver the reward.
A physical game edition, printed code card, manual or accessory is not required. The official redemption flow is digital: account linking, Web Store entry and in-game delivery.
You do not need to buy Rainbow Diamonds to enter a code or claim a listing marked free. The store also carries optional paid digital Rainbow Diamond products, but prices, currencies, quantities and availability can change. No fixed purchase amount is necessary for the redemption steps described here.
Step 1: Link the game account to a Bandai Namco ID
The Web Store sends an item to the game account associated with the Bandai Namco ID used to sign in. Linking first prevents the most common mistake: redeeming while logged into a different account.
In-game path
- Start ONE PIECE Bounty Rush and open the main menu.
- Open the account or data settings section. The official instructions describe the relevant control as the Bandai Namco ID link option; the exact menu wording can vary with platform and game version.
- Choose the Bandai Namco ID link command and complete the sign-in or account-creation flow in the browser window.
- Return to the game and confirm that the link completed before opening the Web Store.
Record which Bandai Namco ID you used if you manage more than one game account. A browser that is already signed in can silently select the wrong ID, so check the displayed account before accepting the link.
When several game profiles are used on one device, close the store tab between redemptions and verify the profile shown in the game before each claim. A code accepted by the store is associated with the signed-in ID, not with whichever profile you intended to use. Linking cannot be safely inferred from an email address alone if you have multiple Bandai Namco accounts.

Step 2: Sign in to the official Web Store
- Open the regional store from the official guide. The global store page used for the October 13, 2026 availability check is https://ww.bandainamcoentwebstore.com/opbr-ww/en.
- Select the sign-in control and use the Bandai Namco ID linked in the game.
- Check the account identity shown by the store before selecting a product or entering a code.
- If you see a different account, sign out completely, close any account-selection tab, and sign in again with the linked ID.
The store’s information page explains that store items are sent to the game account linked to the Bandai Namco ID. It is therefore not enough to be signed in to any Bandai Namco account; it must be the one attached to the game data you intend to reward.

Use the region reached from the official Bounty Rush guide rather than a search result that imitates the store. A legitimate page should keep you inside the Bandai Namco Web Store domain and should identify ONE PIECE Bounty Rush. If a page asks for your game password, payment-card details for a supposedly free code, or a separate “verification” download, leave it.
Step 3: Enter a promotion code
- Open the store’s promotion-code page: https://ww.bandainamcoentwebstore.com/opbr-ww/en/code.
- Choose Enter Promotion Code if the store presents a menu before the input field.
- Type or paste the complete code into the field. Do not add spaces before or after it.
- Compare every ambiguous character with the original announcement. The store specifically warns about look-alikes such as O/0, I/l/1, S/5 and B/8.
- Submit once and read the resulting message. A success message means the store accepted the code for that account; it does not necessarily mean every reward type will appear in the same in-game location.
Codes can be case-sensitive or subject to campaign conditions, so preserve the capitalization shown in the official announcement. If the page reports an invalid, expired or already-used code, verify the characters and campaign details before trying again. Do not treat a visible input page as proof that a publicly circulating code is currently active.

Take a screenshot or note the confirmation message if you need to contact support later. Keep the announcement that supplied the code as well, because its region, end date and eligibility wording may explain an otherwise confusing error. Do not post your Bandai Namco login details when asking other players for help.
Step 4: Collect the reward in the game
- Close or leave the Web Store after the submission is confirmed.
- Open ONE PIECE Bounty Rush on the account linked to the same Bandai Namco ID.
- Go to the Home screen. The official instructions state that Rainbow Diamonds are automatically claimed there.
- Open the Gift Box and look for other reward types, such as tickets or item bundles.
- Read the Gift Box entry for any expiry or collection deadline and claim it before that deadline.
If the reward is not visible immediately, return to Home again or restart the app, then recheck the Gift Box. Delivery can require the game to contact the server after the Web Store transaction.

Rainbow Diamonds and non-diamond rewards do not have to appear together. Seeing no new Gift Box message is not proof that a Rainbow Diamond grant failed, and seeing a Gift Box message does not mean the diamonds are hidden there. Check both destinations in the order above.
Are there any working public codes?
No currently active public promotion code was confirmed in the official sources checked on October 13, 2026. Bandai Namco says that codes are distributed through campaigns and events, and the game’s official guidance says they will be announced during live broadcasts and other promotion campaigns. That means a code-input page can exist even when no general code is active.
Use the official channels rather than reposted lists:
- Check the official Bounty Rush Web Store information for current campaigns.
- Read the game’s official announcements and live-broadcast notices for a code, release window, region and expiry.
- Confirm that the announcement applies to your store region and account type.
- Enter the code promptly; event codes can be limited by date, quantity or eligibility.
The Web Store information page says, “Promotion codes can be obtained through various campaigns and events.” That describes where codes come from, not a permanent entitlement or a code that works for every player.
Community pages may continue to display old strings after a campaign ends. Treat a list as a lead only until the official promotion page accepts the code. There is no benefit to repeatedly testing dozens of copied strings, and repeated failures can make it harder to identify a genuine character typo.
Free Rainbow Diamonds from the Web Store
Promotion codes are not the only way to receive a free item. When checked on October 13, 2026, the official global store displayed the following Rainbow Diamond offers:

To claim a live free listing, sign in with the linked Bandai Namco ID, open the item’s details, follow the store’s confirmation or receipt flow, and then open the game Home screen. The exact button text can change with the listing. If the store shows no free item, that is an availability change rather than evidence that your code entry failed.

A receipt-confirmation screen may look different from the promotion-code screen, but both still require the correct linked account. Read the final confirmation carefully and make sure the item is addressed to the intended game account before leaving the page.

The distinction matters when diagnosing an error. An invalid code message concerns the campaign string or eligibility. A missing free listing concerns store inventory, account, region or timing. Use the matching set of checks instead of assuming every reward follows the same route.
Platform and account restrictions
Purchased Rainbow Diamonds
The official FAQ states that purchased Rainbow Diamonds are displayed and usable only on the platform where the purchase was made. For example, a purchase associated with one platform should not be assumed to become spendable on another platform simply because both use the same game account.
Multi-Login gifts
With Multi-Login enabled, the FAQ describes a Present Box choice that can let a player select Claim Through Mobile or Claim Through Steam. Follow the option shown for the gift and the platform on which you intend to use it.
Do not overgeneralize the paid-purchase rule
The reviewed FAQ does not settle the platform behavior of every promotion-code reward. Do not claim that all free code items transfer, or that none of them transfer, unless the specific campaign says so. Apply the platform instruction attached to the individual reward.
Moving game data
The Web Store information warns that moving game data to a different platform causes owned Rainbow Diamonds to be lost. Check the platform and account before transferring data, and contact official support for a purchase-specific mismatch.
Platform wording is especially important when a gift is in the Present Box. Choose the destination deliberately rather than tapping the first option, and do not move data while a paid delivery is still being investigated.
Troubleshooting by symptom
The code says it is invalid
- Recheck O/0, I/l/1, S/5 and B/8, plus capitalization.
- Remove accidental spaces or line breaks introduced during copying.
- Confirm that the code came from an official campaign and has not passed its end date.
- Check whether the campaign is limited to a particular region, platform or account.
The store accepted the code but no Rainbow Diamonds appear
- Open the game on the account linked to the Bandai Namco ID used at the store.
- Return to the Home screen and wait for the server refresh.
- Restart the app and check Home again.
- Look in the Gift Box for non-diamond items and read the collection deadline.
- Sign back into the store and verify the account identity if the reward is still missing.
The reward went to the wrong account
Stop claiming additional items and verify which Bandai Namco ID is linked in the game. The store sends items to the game account associated with the signed-in ID; a different browser login can therefore direct the reward elsewhere. If the store transaction was a purchase, use Bandai Namco support for the account-specific investigation.

The free offer is not visible
Store inventory is not universal. Confirm the selected region, sign-in account and listing dates. The x50 and monthly x5 displays described above were observations of a particular store snapshot, not a permanent promise for every player.
A Gift Box item disappeared
Some Gift Box rewards have deadlines. Open the item description as soon as it arrives and claim it before the displayed date. A missed deadline may not be recoverable through the game client.
You changed platforms
Do not assume that purchased Rainbow Diamonds follow the move. The official FAQ’s rule is platform-specific for purchases, and the Web Store warns about loss when game data is moved. Check the destination platform’s account state and contact support if a paid item is missing.
The page will not load or keeps looping at sign-in
Return to the official guide, reopen the regional store and make sure the browser is using the linked Bandai Namco ID. Close stale account-selection tabs before trying again. If the store is available but a specific listing is absent, treat that as an account, region or inventory issue rather than repeatedly refreshing the code form.

Costs, safety and what is not required
Claiming a free promotion-code reward or a listing marked free does not require a paid Rainbow Diamond purchase. The official store may display paid digital packs alongside free items, so read the product label and confirmation total before accepting anything. Prices and currencies are live-store details, not permanent specifications.
There is also no credible need for a physical Bounty Rush edition, printed code card, redemption manual or game accessory. Those products cannot substitute for the linked account and official Web Store steps. Never send a password, one-time sign-in code or payment information to a third-party code list.
