To redeem Roblox credit, sign in to the account that should receive it, open Roblox.com/redeem in a web browser, enter the code and select Redeem. Roblox says the credit or item is added after a confirmation message appears. A card that gives Robux directly may not add a credit balance.
How to redeem a Roblox gift card or code
- Open Roblox.com/redeem in a web browser.
- Sign in to the Roblox account where you want the value added. Check the username before continuing; redemptions apply to the signed-in account.
- Enter the gift card PIN or code, then select Redeem.
- Wait for Roblox’s confirmation message that the credit or item was added.
Roblox Support’s instruction is direct: “You must use a web browser to redeem your cards.” The documented exception is Samsung Galaxy, which has an in-app redemption option. Standard Roblox mobile apps and consoles do not support redemption. Roblox Support: How to redeem and spend your Gift Card.
Does the card add Roblox Credit or Robux?
Check the specific card or code before redeeming: Roblox-branded products do not all create Roblox Credit. Roblox says Amazon Gift Cards and Party Pack cards redeem for Robux only; its retail-code guidance also identifies Mini Pack coins as Robux redemptions. Gift card guidance and retail-code guidance.
How to check and spend Roblox Credit
Roblox’s credit instructions say to view and spend credit in a web browser, not in Roblox mobile apps. Depending on the account page, the balance may appear on the gift card redemption page or in billing settings.

What to do if a Roblox code does not work
Check the code and signed-in account
- Make sure you are using a browser and are signed in to the account that should receive the value.
- Recheck characters that are easy to confuse: 0/O, 1/I, 2/Z, 5/S, 6/G or Q, and 8/B.
- If Roblox reports that a retail code has already been redeemed, check your other Roblox accounts.
Contact Roblox Support if it still fails
If the code still fails, or a sealed and untampered retail code is reported as already redeemed, contact Roblox Support. For gift card requests, Roblox asks for the username(s), purchase date and amount, place of purchase and city, country of residence, gift card PIN and serial number, receipt image, images of the card or e-gift card, and an image of the error message. Regional terms and seller eligibility
Roblox’s cited U.S. terms say cards from unauthorized sellers may not be honored. They also say gift cards are not refundable or reloadable and credit is not refundable or transferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These terms apply to the U.S. and should not be assumed to describe every region. The same terms explain that a U.S.-denominated account receiving a card in another currency is credited in U.S. dollars under the terms’ conversion procedure; this is not a universal currency rule.
