Where to find the Roblox code
The location depends on the product. Do not throw away the packaging or code card until the item has been successfully redeemed.

For many Jazwares action figures, Roblox says the code may be on a token attached to the front of the package or on a code card attached inside the plastic packaging. Inspect the entire package before discarding it.

Nerf Roblox products
For Roblox-themed Nerf blasters, look for a code-card insert inside the package. Hasbro’s instructions for the Nerf Roblox MM2 Shark Seeker, for example, identify an included exclusive virtual-item code. The exact contents can vary by product, edition, seller, and stock age, so do not assume that every current Nerf listing includes a redeemable code.
Monopoly: Roblox products
Roblox identifies Monopoly products as another category that can include a code-card insert. Hasbro’s Monopoly: Roblox 2022 Edition included a code for an exclusive virtual item. Older games may have been stored or resold for a long time, so preserve the receipt and verify the code condition before buying.
Other virtual-item codes
Some Roblox partner promotions, including examples named by Roblox such as Prime Gaming and Verizon, also provide virtual-item codes. The issuing partner controls eligibility, availability, geography, and any promotion period. A partner promotion should not be assumed to work in every country or remain active indefinitely.

How to redeem a Roblox toy code
- Locate the code. Check the token, code card, or digital message supplied with the product or promotion.
- Reveal the code if necessary. Carefully scratch away the covering on a scratch-off card. Digital codes normally do not require this step. Avoid photographing or publishing an unused code.
- Choose the receiving Roblox account. Sign in to the username that should own the virtual item. Do this before redeeming; entering the code on the wrong account may assign the item to that account.
- Open the official redemption page. Go directly to roblox.com/redeem. Use Roblox’s official website rather than a code generator, reseller, or third-party redemption page.
- Enter the code. Type the characters from the card or digital message into the code box. Check easily confused characters and make sure the scratch-off layer has been completely removed.
- Select Redeem. Submit the code and wait for Roblox to display the result.
- Check Inventory. Look through the relevant category, such as accessories, hats, backpacks, or heads. Open the item page if necessary; Roblox’s ownership indicator shows Item Owned with a checkmark when the account owns it.
Need a toy that includes a code?
If you do not have a code, you generally cannot create one with software or redeem a random code found online. You need the qualifying physical product or an eligible partner promotion. A Roblox toy with a virtual item code can be a relevant place to start, but check the listing carefully before purchasing: confirm the product description, packaging, seller, edition, and whether the code is stated to be unused and redeemable.
A marketplace listing that says a code is included cannot independently guarantee that the particular code inside an older or previously handled unit has never been redeemed. Seller changes, returns, warehouse age, and opened packaging can affect code availability. Keep the receipt and packaging in case Roblox Support needs proof of purchase.

Code rules you should know
- One account, one redemption: Roblox states that a virtual-item code can be redeemed to an individual account only once.
- Already-owned items: If the account already owns the item, Roblox says the code may be shared with another user.
- No trading or selling: The virtual items obtained from these codes cannot be traded or sold.
- Promotional codes can expire: Roblox’s separate promotional-code guidance warns that promo codes may expire or remain active only for a limited period. That warning should not automatically be treated as proof that every physical toy code has the same expiration policy.
- Regional limits may apply: A product or partner promotion available in the United States may not be available in every country. Check the product seller or issuing partner for local eligibility.
Roblox toy codes versus gift cards
Do not confuse a toy or promotional virtual-item code with a Roblox gift card. Toy and virtual-item codes are redeemed through the Code Redemption Page and generally grant a specific virtual item. Roblox gift-card instructions use the gift-card redemption flow and can grant a gift-card virtual item or account credit according to the card’s terms.
If the code came from a gift card, follow the gift-card instructions rather than treating it as a toy code. If it came from a toy, code card, or partner promotion, start at roblox.com/redeem.

What to do if the item does not appear
Work through these checks in order:
- Confirm the username. Make sure you are viewing the same Roblox account used when the code was redeemed.
- Check several Inventory categories. The item may not be in the category you expect. Check accessories, hats, backpacks, heads, and other plausible categories.
- Look for the ownership indicator. Open the likely item page and check whether it displays Item Owned with a checkmark.
- Identify the expected item. If you know the toy, compare its expected virtual item with the Jazwares Collector’s Guide or the relevant Roblox catalog listing.
- Check the code status. Confirm that the entire scratch-off covering was removed, the characters were transcribed correctly, and the code was entered on the official page. For a partner promotion, verify that the offer was still active and that your account or region qualified.
- Gather evidence before escalating. Keep the purchase receipt, packaging, purchase date, store and city, toy name, and clear images of the front and back of the code card. Do not post the code publicly.
How to contact Roblox Support
If the code was entered correctly but the item is missing or incorrect, contact Roblox Support with:
- a description of the problem;
- your Roblox username;
- the code number;
- images of the front and back of the virtual-item code card;
- the purchase date;
- the shop and city where you bought the product;
- the purchase receipt; and
- the toy’s name or an image that identifies it.
For a problem with the physical toy itself—such as a broken accessory or manufacturing defect—Roblox’s guidance directs customers to contact Jazwares at [email protected]. A physical-product complaint and a Roblox account or code problem may need to be handled by different support teams.

Important product and licensing distinctions
Roblox partnered with Jazwares on toy collections in which qualifying toys include redeemable codes for exclusive virtual items. Other Roblox-themed products are made by separate companies. For example, Jazwares’ Adopt Me redemption information says Adopt Me toys include codes redeemable on Roblox, but also explicitly states that Adopt Me toys are not official Roblox products and are not endorsed by Roblox. Do not describe every toy that produces a Roblox item as a Roblox-manufactured product.
Likewise, a product page or retailer listing can describe an included code without proving that the code is unused. This is especially important for older editions, marketplace inventory, returned products, and listings sold by third-party merchants.

- Are you signed in to the intended Roblox username?

Can I redeem a Roblox toy code in the mobile app?
Use the official Roblox Code Redemption Page at roblox.com/redeem. The toy-code instructions direct users to that centralized web redemption page rather than to an unofficial code website.
What if I redeemed the code on the wrong account?
Check which account was signed in when you selected Redeem. Codes are assigned to the account used for redemption, and Roblox treats an individual-account redemption as one-time. Contact Roblox Support with the code and purchase evidence, but do not expect the item to be transferable.
Do all Roblox toy codes expire?
Roblox specifically warns that promotional codes may expire or be active only briefly. That does not establish a universal expiration rule for every physical toy code. Older merchandise can still present a separate risk because a code may already have been redeemed or the listing may not accurately describe the package.
Where is the item after I redeem the code?
Check the account’s Inventory and inspect likely categories such as accessories, hats, backpacks, and heads. On an item page, an Item Owned label with a checkmark indicates that the account owns it.

Use the account that should receive the item, redeem the code only at roblox.com/redeem, and then verify ownership in Inventory. Keep the card, packaging, receipt, and purchase details until the item appears—especially when the code came from older or third-party marketplace stock.
