Redeem a coupon step by step
In-game redemption
- Confirm the intended account is connected. In-game entry applies the coupon to the account currently connected. If you have more than one account, switch to the one that should receive the reward before entering the code.
- From the Main Lobby, open the gear-shaped Settings menu.
- Open the Account tab and select Coupon.
- Enter the member number and coupon code in the relevant fields, then submit the form.
- Open the in-game mailbox and look for the coupon reward. Claim it there; submitting the code does not mean the item has already been collected from the mailbox.
Keep the account check at the beginning of the process, not as an afterthought. Netmarble’s instructions say in-game redemption credits the account currently connected. If you submit while the wrong account is active, support cannot move the reward to another account after use. Confirm the account first, then enter the code only once you are satisfied it is the intended destination.
Web redemption
- In the game, go to Main Lobby > Settings > Account > UID and copy the UID/member number.
- Open the official coupon redemption page linked from Netmarble’s official forum.
- Enter the UID/member number and coupon code, then submit.
- Return to the game on the account associated with that UID and check its mailbox for the reward.
On iOS, use the web steps: Netmarble’s instructions specifically say coupon entry in the game is not available on Apple devices. The official notice describes the web form as an alternative redemption route, not as a separate reward system.
When using the web form, the UID is the key check: it tells the redemption page which account should receive the mail. Copy it from the account screen rather than relying on memory or an old note. If you play on more than one account, verify that the UID you pasted belongs to the account you want to reward. After submitting, return to that same account to look for the coupon mail.

If the current game layout does not match the documented route, do not assume that a similarly named third-party page is the official form. Netmarble’s May 15, 2025 instructions point players to the redemption page linked from the official forum. Menu wording can change, so follow the current official page and the screens available in your game.
Find and claim the reward in your mailbox
Coupon rewards are delivered to the in-game mailbox. After submitting a code, check the mailbox on the account you intended to redeem for and claim the message or attached items. Netmarble’s May 15, 2025 notice says coupon rewards are sent to the mailbox and stored there for three days; that timing comes from a translated Korean notice, so treat it as the notice’s stated retention period and collect the mail promptly.
The three-day mailbox period is a reason not to leave a successful redemption unattended. Check the mailbox after submitting rather than assuming the reward is automatically added to your roster or inventory. If you receive a selector, ticket, or selection box in the mail, claim the mail first; then inspect the item in the game before using it. The mailbox delivery and the later use of a selector are separate parts of the process.
If the expected reward is not there, first verify the account and UID used, then inspect the mailbox rather than assuming the coupon submission itself placed the item directly in your roster or inventory. An official patch note in 2025 acknowledged an intermittent issue with coupon mail delivery. That historical fix does not establish that a widespread delivery issue is happening now, but it is relevant if the account and mailbox checks do not resolve a missing reward.

Use the facts you can verify in order: check that you are looking at the correct account, check that you submitted the correct UID if you used the web form, and check the mailbox for the reward. The past patch note is not a reason to assume every missing mail is a current service problem. If those checks do not explain the issue, consult Netmarble’s current official support information; do not expect a used code to be restored or its reward transferred.
Use a hero selector without choosing the wrong item
“Selector” and “ticket” are not interchangeable names for one universal reward. Netmarble update notices distinguish items such as Legendary Hero Selector, Legendary Hero Selector II, Legendary Hero Ticket II, Legendary Hero Ticket III, Tower of Trials tickets, and Rare–Legendary tickets. Their eligible hero pools can differ, and update notes may add heroes to particular selector or ticket types.
- Claim the coupon reward from the mailbox first, if it arrived there.
- Open the reward item’s in-game description and identify its exact name and type.
- Read the eligible hero list shown for that item. Do not infer eligibility from another selector with a similar name.
- Follow the item’s on-screen instructions to use it. The official material does not document one button sequence that applies to every selector.
- Before confirming a choice, check that the desired hero is actually in that item’s listed pool.
This check matters most when two items have similar names or Roman numerals. A “Selector II” and a “Ticket II” are not automatically the same reward, and their eligible pools should not be assumed to match. Read the complete name shown in your inventory and its own description. Use the eligibility list attached to the item you actually possess, not a list copied from a different ticket type or an older update.
Selectors, tickets, and selection boxes
A selector may offer a choice directly, while a selection box can first ask you to choose which ticket to receive. Netmarble’s December 2025 update provides two examples: a Seven Knights of Old Selector was listed as an Adventurer Level 170 reward, while a Legendary Hero Ticket Selection Box let the player choose between Legendary Hero Ticket I and Legendary Hero Ticket II. These examples show why it is important to read the item name and description; they do not establish that every reward has the same use flow or eligibility.

In the December 2025 example, the box’s choice was between two ticket types. The chosen ticket would still have its own name and eligible pool to check. Likewise, the Seven Knights of Old Selector example is a named reward from a particular level milestone; it should not be treated as a general description of every selector that might arrive from a coupon or event.
Check the current in-game description at the moment you are ready to use the item. Official update notes show that eligible pools are tied to specific selector and ticket types and can change over time, so an older list or a guide for a differently numbered ticket may not match the reward in your inventory.
Do not choose based on the word “Legendary” alone, either. The listed item names distinguish selector versions and ticket versions, and other reward categories such as Tower of Trials tickets or Rare–Legendary tickets have their own names. The relevant question is not whether a reward sounds similar, but whether the exact item you hold includes the hero you want. If the description does not make the choice or pool clear, pause and check the current official item information rather than guessing.

Why a coupon may not work
The code has expired
Coupon campaigns have validity windows. Netmarble says expired codes cannot be restored or supported. An older Sun Wukong coupon, for example, expired before maintenance on February 5, 2026; it should not be treated as an active code. Check the official event notice for the exact deadline and submit before it passes.
A code appearing on a list does not override its event deadline. Some campaigns are tied to a particular event and publish a validity window; check the notice for the code’s spelling, region, reward, and expiry time. If the deadline has passed, trying the code again or switching between the in-game and web route cannot make an expired code valid.
The wrong account or UID was used
In-game redemption credits the account currently connected. For web entry, the UID identifies the account receiving the reward. Confirm the account before submitting and make sure the web-form UID belongs to the account where you expect the mail.
The reward is in the mailbox, not yet claimed
Successful submission and claiming the reward are separate actions: check the mailbox and claim the delivered mail. If no mail appears, recheck the account and UID first. A past patch note about an intermittent mail-delivery issue is historical context, not proof that the same issue is currently affecting players.
The code was already used
Netmarble’s notice says support cannot transfer rewards or restore a code after use. Because a used code cannot be undone, verify both the code and destination account before you submit it.
The platform does not offer in-game entry
If you are playing on iOS, do not keep searching the Account menu for a coupon field. The official instructions say Apple-device users cannot enter coupons in game; use the web form with the account UID instead.
These checks address the documented limitations: an expired code, the wrong destination account, an unclaimed mailbox reward, a previously used code, or iOS in-game entry. Do not assume that changing routes will fix a code that has expired or has already been used. The two routes are alternatives for submitting a valid code, not a way to reverse a completed redemption.

No individual code is verified here as active. If a current official event notice does not confirm a code and its deadline, do not treat a third-party listing as a guarantee.
