Start by identifying what failed
There are two different problems players often describe as a coupon “not working”: the redemption attempt is rejected, or the code appears to be accepted but the reward is not visible. They call for different checks. If the page or game reports an error before confirming redemption, work through eligibility, account details, redemption route, and possible maintenance. If redemption succeeds, skip those checks and look for the reward in the mailbox.

Do not assume that every error message has one universal cause. The publisher’s materials establish that expired or previously used coupons cannot be redeemed, that maintenance can temporarily prevent redemption, and that rewards can take a little time to arrive. They do not establish that every error means one of those things, or that every coupon has identical eligibility rules.

1. Check the coupon’s validity and use history
Find the original official event announcement that issued the code and check its stated validity period and any conditions attached to it. A code copied from an old post or third-party code list may have expired, and a list repeating a code does not establish that the code is still active. The official Netmarble coupon page says, “Expired coupons cannot be used.” It also states, “Previously redeemed coupons cannot be used again.”

Netmarble’s global event notice also says in-game coupons can be used only once per account. That means a second attempt on the same account is not a way to claim the same coupon again. If you do not know whether you already redeemed it, check the account you intended to use and its mailbox before trying other accounts. Do not assume that a code can be recovered or transferred if it turns out to have been used on the wrong account.
What to verify in the announcement
- Whether the stated redemption period has ended. Do not infer an end date from when another player posted the code.
- Whether the code is for Seven Knights Re:BIRTH and the relevant event or release. A code shown without its original announcement may be incomplete or out of date.
- Whether you have already redeemed that coupon on the account you are using.
The available official information does not establish that all codes are case-sensitive or region-locked. Follow the exact format shown in the original announcement, but do not treat a change in capitalization or region as the cause unless the notice or the error itself supports that conclusion.
2. Confirm the member code belongs to the right account
The official web coupon page asks for both a member code and a coupon code. Netmarble’s documented instructions identify the game UID as the member number to use with the coupon. Before submitting, open the game on the account that should receive the reward and copy the UID from the Settings or Account area. Compare it with the member code entered on the redemption page.

This check matters especially if you have more than one game account, changed devices, or copied an identifier from a different profile. A correctly entered coupon associated with the wrong member code may send the reward to an account you are not currently viewing. Confirm the destination account before submitting; do not rely on the device alone to identify which account is active.
Netmarble’s detailed instructions are in Korean and date to May 15, 2025. They describe the UID as the member number for coupon entry, but menu wording can differ by language or regional client. Look for the account information in the game’s Settings/Account area rather than assuming every current client has precisely the same labels.
3. Choose a redemption route supported on your platform
Netmarble documents a web route and an in-game route. The web page takes a member code and coupon code. The publisher’s Korean instructions describe opening the game lobby’s settings/account route to enter a coupon, but specifically state that iOS users cannot enter coupons in-game. If you play on iOS, use the official web coupon page instead.

Use the official route rather than entering account details into a third-party code page. If a code fails on one route, first confirm that the member code and coupon code were entered in the intended fields. Then use the route appropriate for your platform. The evidence does not establish that trying a different route can make an expired or previously redeemed code valid.

- Open Netmarble’s official Seven Knights Re:BIRTH coupon page.
- Copy the UID/member code from the account intended to receive the reward.
- Enter that member code and the coupon code in their respective fields.
- Submit the coupon and note whether the page confirms redemption or displays an error.
Netmarble’s public instructions describe the fields and routes, but do not establish one exact, universal sequence of screens for every regional game client. If the in-game option is absent, check that you are following the route available in your client and platform; iOS players should use the web page rather than searching for an in-game entry option.
4. Check whether maintenance is preventing redemption
Netmarble has published a maintenance notice stating that coupon codes cannot be redeemed during maintenance. If redemption fails while the game or related service is undergoing maintenance, treat that as a temporary service condition: wait for maintenance to end, then try the official route again.

This possibility does not explain every failed attempt, and a maintenance-related failure does not make an expired or previously used coupon eligible. If maintenance has ended and the same error remains, continue with the eligibility and account checks rather than repeatedly resubmitting without confirming the code and destination account.

Netmarble says coupon rewards are delivered to the in-game mailbox and that delivery may be slightly delayed. A successful submission is therefore not always followed by an immediately visible reward. Open the mailbox on the account whose UID you submitted and check for the coupon reward. If it is not there yet, give delivery some time rather than treating the delay alone as proof that redemption failed.

The publisher’s event notice recommends restarting the game if a reward does not appear after code entry. After checking the mailbox, close and restart the game, then look again. If the reward remains missing, keep the redemption result or message available when contacting support so you can distinguish a successful redemption from a rejected one.

6. Contact Netmarble if the checks do not resolve it
Netmarble’s coupon instructions direct players with other coupon questions to customer support. When you contact support, include enough detail for them to identify the attempt and the intended account:
- The exact coupon code and the official event announcement where it appeared, if available.
- The account UID/member identifier used for redemption.
- The exact error text, or a clear description if the reward was accepted but did not arrive.
- A screenshot of the error or redemption result, if you have one.
- Your platform and whether you used the web or in-game route.
These details are practical context, not a guarantee that support can restore a coupon. Netmarble’s event notice says it will not restore a code after use or assist with an expired coupon. Contacting support is appropriate for an unresolved error or delivery issue, but do not expect it to reverse those stated restrictions.
