Epic’s support instructions describe joining through these menus rather than a separate registration form.
How to enter the Solo Reload Victory Cup
- Open Compete: From the Fortnite lobby, select the Compete tab to view past, current, and upcoming tournaments. Epic’s tournament participation instructions explain this in-game route.
- Choose the right event: Find the Solo Reload Victory Cup for the event window and region you intend to play. Open its Details and rules; the requirements, schedule, and format can differ by event.
- Check eligibility: Review the event panel before the session begins. The October 2026 listing reviewed requires Platinum or higher in Reload Combined Ranked in either the current or previous season, eligible age, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). See Epic’s Solo Reload Victory Cup listing.
- Select the tournament to play: Go to Play, open Mode Selection, scroll to By Epic, and select the tournament.
- Use the displayed regional schedule: Check the session time shown for your region in the event listing. Do not rely on a time posted for another region.
Eligibility for the October 2026 listing
The October 2026 event listing reviewed says players need Platinum or higher in Reload Combined Ranked in the current or previous season. It also states: “Players must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in their country of residence), and have MFA enabled.” Epic’s competitive-event age eligibility guidance adds that players aged 13–17 need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The listing gives an event window of October 2–24, 2026, with session times varying by region. It also sets these Round 2 qualification thresholds and prize terms for that event:

The same listing says each player who earns a Victory Royale in Round 2 earns $100 USD. These thresholds and prize terms belong to the October 2026 event and may change for another listing. Check the event page and its associated rules before playing.
Why the tournament may be locked
According to Epic’s tournament access support page, a lock icon means either the tournament has not started or you do not meet its eligibility requirements. Select the lock icon to open a window showing the entry requirements and any criteria you are missing. If the event appears locked, compare that message with the event’s Details and rules.

Check the event’s format in its rules
Format is also event-specific. For example, the Chapter 7 Season 3 Victory Cups Official Rules, dated June 3, 2026, describe a Solo Reload Victory Cup Round 1 session lasting approximately two hours, with a maximum of eight matches. Treat those figures as specific to those rules; use the rules linked from your selected event for its format.
