To request a Supply Drop in ARC Raiders, find a Supply Call Station, interact with its ground-level console, then follow the flare to the canister and breach it to loot the contents. For Tian Wen’s “A Better Use” quest, you must both request a drop and loot one.
How to find a Supply Call Station
Call Station markers are reported to appear on the map only when you get close, so check the map as you move through an area rather than expecting to see every station from across the map. Look for a tall, narrow pole or antenna with a light at the top and a small radio console near ground level. Guides recommend the Hydroponic Dome Complex on Dam Battlegrounds as one place to look, but that is not a guarantee that a station will be present or active in every raid. How to request and loot the drop
- Approach the console. Once you find the station, go to the small radio or console at its base.
- Interact and request the Supply Drop. Use the on-screen control prompt; the button or key can vary with platform and settings.
- Watch for the flare. Follow the flare and the drop’s descent. The canister lands nearby, but not necessarily right beside the station.
- Breach the canister. When you reach the large tube-shaped container, breach it and collect the supplies inside. The TheGameSlayer guide describes tracking the flare and breaching the container.
How this completes “A Better Use”
Tian Wen gives “A Better Use” after “The Right Tool.” Its objectives are to request a Supply Drop from a Call Station and loot a Supply Drop, so interacting with the console alone will not finish the quest. The ARC Raiders Wiki quest entry lists Extended Light Mag I, Stable Stock I, and Muzzle Brake II as rewards.
Stay alert while the drop is incoming
Calling a drop can expose your position. Guides warn that nearby ARC enemies may be alerted and that other players can see the flare or reach the drop before you. If you move away from the station after calling it, keep the flare or descent in sight so you can still find the landing spot.
