To see your completion percentage in Hollow Knight: Silksong, unlock and construct the Farsight, then open the menu. The percentage appears there once you have met that prerequisite.
How to check your percentage
- Progress until you can gain and construct the Farsight.
- Open the in-game menu. Your current completion percentage is displayed there.
The Hollow Knight Wiki’s Silksong completion reference describes Farsight as the prerequisite for viewing the percentage. It is a community-maintained reference, rather than official game documentation.
What the percentage means
The completion reference breaks progress into categories and assigns percentage points to requirements. It reports that completing Act 2 can bring the total to 93%, so reaching that point does not by itself mean the game shows 100%. The reference does not establish the full game’s total completion ceiling or explain every ending variant; avoid treating an ending as proof of 100% completion.
Optional: use a progression tracker
If you want a list of collected and missing items as well as an overall-completion view, the third-party Silksong Progression Tracker describes a feature that reads an uploaded save file. Its page gives a Windows save-folder path and suggests choosing the most recently dated file.

A save file contains player progress, but the available references do not verify the tracker’s compatibility with every platform or explain how uploaded saves are handled. The Silksong save-data reference lists locations for Windows, Microsoft Store, macOS, and Linux; that platform list does not establish that the tracker supports all of them. Upload a save only if you are comfortable sharing it with the service.
