To request Nintendo service in Brazil, start with the official Nintendo Brazil support site, find the article for your product and issue, and follow its troubleshooting steps. If online service setup is unavailable or cannot be completed, Nintendo directs customers to its listed authorized service center, Deal4B Soluções em Tecnologia: (11) 3197-4895 or [email protected].
How to request service
- Find your product and problem. Open the Nintendo Brazil support portal and search for the relevant product and issue. The portal also has help for accounts, games and apps, parental controls, internet connections, network status, system updates, and service-request status.
- Follow Nintendo’s troubleshooting steps. Nintendo says many issues can be resolved without a service request. If service is needed, the online service setup option should appear at the end of the troubleshooting flow. See Nintendo’s Brazil service instructions.
- Contact Deal4B if online setup cannot be completed. Nintendo identifies Deal4B Soluções em Tecnologia as the authorized service center in Brazil. The listed contacts are (11) 3197-4895 and [email protected]. Confirm the product and service options with the center before shipping anything.
- Prepare your console before sending it. Back up eligible cloud saves if you can, and review the data limitations below.
For general help, Nintendo’s Brazil portal offers chat and a help-ticket option. For hardware service, however, Nintendo’s instructions direct customers to Deal4B when online service setup does not work.
Which products are on Nintendo’s Brazil service list?
Nintendo’s regional service page lists the following products for Brazil. The list indicates published service availability, not guaranteed eligibility for every fault, region-specific model, or individual case.

The Brazil service-order page summarizes repairable consoles as Switch 2 and Switch, while the regional service list names additional consoles and accessories. For a particular accessory, game card, or model variant, check with Deal4B before sending it. Nintendo also directs customers seeking Switch 2 or Switch replacement accessories to Deal4B’s official store; verify the exact model and compatibility before buying.

Back up saves and understand what service can’t transfer
Nintendo says the service center cannot transfer saved data or other information—including screenshots and gameplay videos—from the original console. The center will unlink the Nintendo Account from the original system so it can be linked to a replacement, but that does not move the original data.
If you subscribe to Nintendo Switch Online, back up available cloud saves before service. Afterward, download those saves to the destination console. Cloud-save availability depends on the game and account; check Nintendo’s game-specific guidance to confirm whether a title supports the feature.

Regional limits and older systems
Imported limited editions
Nintendo says Deal4B can service limited-edition consoles and accessories only when that edition was officially launched in Brazil. If it is unavailable locally, a standard-color console may be offered as an alternative. Ask the center about your exact model and options.
Wii, Wii U, and Nintendo 3DS
Nintendo states that Wii, Wii U, and Nintendo 3DS family consoles are no longer officially distributed or supported in Brazil.

What the Brazil support information does not establish
Nintendo’s cited Brazil service pages do not specify repair charges, warranty coverage terms, or current turnaround times. Those details should be confirmed for your case with Deal4B or through Brazil-specific warranty documentation; terms published for other countries may not apply.
