If you want another attempt, the only reset method located is deleting local game data on Android—but that instruction is not confirmed for current versions. No verified iOS reset steps are available, so check the game’s current account controls and protect any account you want to keep before trying to reset.
How the reroll sequence works
The sequence below comes from an older BlueStacks reroll guide, not a current official walkthrough. Treat its timings and reward estimates as historical guidance rather than guaranteed results in your version of the game.
- Start as a guest. Choose guest login when beginning a new game, if that option is offered.
- Progress through Chapter 1. The BlueStacks guide estimates this takes about 10 minutes; it is not a current measured time.
- Claim available free diamonds. Check the inbox, Hero Handbook, and other unlocked menus. The guide says each newly unlocked unique hero grants 100 diamonds through the handbook, but current applicability is unverified.
- Summon at the Observatory. Spend the diamonds you collected on summons. The guide estimates the available rewards amount to roughly six summons; the current total may differ.
- Decide whether to keep the result. If the characters are not what you wanted, consider another attempt only after checking the reset and account risks for your platform.
Can you reset and reroll on Android?
The BlueStacks guide’s reset instruction is to delete the game’s local data through Android settings, then launch the game and start again as a guest. This is an older third-party method, and neither the guide nor the current store listing confirms it still resets the current game build. Android settings also vary by device and operating-system version, so no universal menu path can be stated with confidence.
Before deleting anything, use the account or customer-service options currently shown in the game to protect progress you want to retain. Clearing local data may remove access to an account that is not safely linked or recoverable. The US App Store listing says players with account trouble can contact the in-game customer service center or the game’s Facebook page, but it does not document a universal account-binding or recovery procedure.

What about rerolling on iPhone or iPad?
No verified current iOS reset procedure is established by the available official material. Do not assume deleting and reinstalling the app, switching servers, or using an Android method will reset an iOS account. Check the game’s current in-app account controls or ask customer service before taking an action that could affect saved progress.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Is rerolling worth it given the new-player rewards?
The US App Store listing advertises a 5-star Gold Knight on the second login day, a 6-star Leo Aioria on the seventh day, and 5-star Aries Mû through an exclusive new-player event. These are listing claims, and availability may vary by region, event, or update. Compare the rewards available in your own game with the time and account risk of restarting before you reroll.

The older guide also quotes a roughly 4.8% chance per summon for “good characters,” but it does not clearly define that outcome or provide a current official rate table. Do not use that figure as a current summon probability. A community-maintained database at SSLoJ.com tracks recent updates, but it does not verify the old reset instructions.
