In Path of Exile 1 patch 3.27.0, speak with Kirac and use the Atlas passive refund option, which costs in-game gold. To clear every allocation at once, choose the full-tree reset. The patch notes do not state a fixed price, so check the cost displayed in-game.
Reset Atlas passives through Kirac
- Find and speak with Kirac in an endgame area where he is available.
- Choose the Atlas passive refund interaction and review the gold cost shown in-game.
- For a complete reset, select the full-tree reset option. To change only part of your tree, use the available refund interaction for the allocations you want to adjust.
- Reallocate your Atlas passive points as desired.
Grinding Gear Games’ Path of Exile 1 patch 3.27.0 notes say Atlas passives can be refunded for gold through Kirac and that the entire tree can be reset with one click. The notes do not provide a specific gold amount or exact menu wording; use the price and options displayed in your game.
Atlas passives are separate from your character passives
The Atlas tree specializes your mapping experience; it is not the ordinary passive skill tree on your character. In the later Atlas-wide setup described in Grinding Gear Games’ Siege of the Atlas overview, maps and Atlas quests award Atlas skill points. A Kirac Atlas refund therefore concerns allocations on that tree.
Why older guides mention Orbs of Unmaking
Older instructions can refer to Orb-based Atlas refunds. Grinding Gear Games’ Echoes of the Atlas FAQ describes an earlier regional-tree setup, so that advice should not replace the current Kirac-and-gold method in patch 3.27.0.
