Open Gummy Drop! and connect using the same account that was linked to your saved progress. If the save does not appear, contact Gummy Drop! Support with your Passport Number if available, your last city or level, and the device you played on. Progress that was never linked to an account may be unrecoverable if the original device’s local data is gone.
Reconnect the account that holds your save
Gummy Drop! saves progress to an account when the game is connected to one, such as Facebook; on iOS, Apple may also be an option. Use the same account you used when the progress was saved. Signing in with a different account loads progress associated with that account, if it has any. The game’s support article explains that signing in after progress is lost restores it only if it was previously saved to that account: Sign in and Save Your Progress.

- At the title screen: Tap the connection icon in the bottom-right corner.
- On the world or city map: Tap the gear icon, then tap Connect.
- Choose the account you previously used and follow the sign-in prompts. If you may have used more than one account, try the likely account first.
If your progress still does not appear
Contact Gummy Drop! Customer Support and ask them to investigate the missing progress. Include the information you have so the team can identify the game and save:

- The last city or level you played.
- The device you used.
- A brief description of when the progress went missing.
The preferred in-game route is gear icon → question mark → Contact Us. A web request is also available through the game’s Contact Customer Support page. The public guidance does not promise that support can reconstruct a save that was never linked, so describe your case without assuming recovery is possible.

What if you played without connecting an account?
Progress that was not linked to an account is stored locally on the device. If you removed the game or changed devices, that local data may be gone. Gummy Drop!’s guidance says unlinked progress cannot be recovered after its local data is removed: Lost Progress. You can still ask Support to check your individual case, but recovery is not guaranteed.
Platform backups and purchases are different from a game save
Google Play Games
Google says not all games automatically save progress through Google Play Games. Check whether the game uses the service and whether you are signed in to the correct Google account. For Gummy Drop!-specific progress or login issues, follow the game’s recovery instructions and contact its developer if needed: Google Play Help.

Apple in-app purchases
Apple’s restore-purchase process applies to eligible in-app purchases; it does not restore a game save. Consumable items such as currency or hints cannot be restored through that process. If you were charged for a purchase that is still unavailable, contact the app developer: Apple Support.
