Studio’s Server & Clients mode is the documented option for testing, with up to eight simulated clients.
For game testing: use Server & Clients in Roblox Studio
Studio’s Server & Clients mode starts a simulated server and client sessions for testing an experience. Those clients are not separate live Roblox Player logins. Roblox documents support for up to eight simulated clients in this mode. Roblox Creator Hub: Studio testing modes

Open your experience in Roblox Studio.

In the testing controls, open the testing-mode dropdown and select Server & Clients.

Choose the number of client sessions to simulate.

Press Play or F7 to start the test.

When finished, select End Session in any simulated session to close the server and clients.

This is useful for checking how an experience behaves with several connected players. In a multiplayer experience, the server runs the game and connected clients receive data synchronized by it; Studio’s test sessions let creators inspect that setup. Roblox Creator Hub: Client-server runtime
For multiple live Roblox Player windows: there is no officially supported method established here
Roblox stated on May 8, 2025, that it did not officially support running multiple player clients simultaneously. The company said it would investigate an officially supported solution for testing and development, but the available information does not establish whether one has since been released. That statement is about concurrent live Player clients, not Studio’s simulated clients. Do not treat a third-party launcher or modified client as a Roblox-endorsed way to open several live sessions. Roblox describes modified clients as custom or externally modified application binaries and advises downloading the client from official sources and avoiding software that claims to modify Roblox. Roblox’s web Account Switcher lets eligible users add and switch among up to five accounts. It changes which account you are using; it is not a way to keep multiple Player sessions active at once.
