How to simulate multiple players in Roblox Studio
Use this for development and playtesting of an experience you can open in Studio. The sessions are simulations: one acts as the server and the others as clients. This is not a way to launch several production games or log into multiple live accounts through Roblox Player. Roblox Creator Hub

- Open your experience in Roblox Studio.
- Open the testing-mode dropdown and select Server & Clients.
- Choose the number of client sessions. Roblox says one or two is usually sufficient for common testing; the feature supports up to eight simulated clients.
- Press Play or F7 to start the server-and-client simulation.
- When testing is complete, choose End Session from any simulation session to close the clients and server.
Can you run multiple live Roblox Player sessions?
Roblox’s May 2025 announcement said: “While we do not officially support running multiple player clients simultaneously, we noted your feedback around the value in running multiple clients for testing and development, and we will investigate providing an officially-supported solution.” That is Roblox’s stated position at that time; it does not establish the current compatibility of every third-party approach. The same announcement said a method that does not modify the client binary would not be affected by the modified-client change discussed there. That distinction is not an endorsement, guarantee of safety, or confirmation that a particular tool still works. Avoid modified Roblox clients
Roblox defines modified clients to include custom application binaries and official instances altered by external tools at runtime. Its support article warns that using a modified version may result in account action, including temporary suspension or a permanent ban after repeated use. Do not edit client files, alter a running client, or disable security controls to try to create extra sessions. Those steps can expose your account and device to risk, and they do not turn an unsupported setup into an officially supported one.

Multiple accounts and Roblox’s terms
Having multiple accounts is not, by itself, enough to establish whether a particular use is allowed. Roblox’s Terms describe its software-use license as limited and revocable and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
