Spoilers ahead: This guide gives direct answers for several documented puzzles, plus a way to locate chapter-by-chapter help for the rest. Match the chapter and room before using a sequence: similar-looking DELTARUNE puzzles can have different solutions. The answers below are not a complete room-by-room key.
Before you use a solution
Check your chapter and the room you are standing in, then match the puzzle’s visible feature—such as eye switches, pushable boxes, symbols, or corner switches—to the description below. If a puzzle is not listed, its exact answer is not established here; use a current chapter flowchart or ask for help with your chapter and room rather than trying a sequence from a different puzzle.

The official DELTARUNE site and FAQ list Chapters 1–5 as available. The FAQ says you can start at any chapter, though it recommends playing in order the first time. It also says Chapter 6 is in development; Steam’s stated target for it is 2027, not a confirmed release date.
Chapter 1 puzzle answers
Early eye-switch puzzle
Activate the second eye, then the third eye. This sequence applies to the early eye-switch puzzle described in a Chapter 1 community walkthrough; do not assume it applies to every eye puzzle.

Two-box switch puzzle
Push both boxes onto the two switches. The walkthrough describes the goal, but not a more detailed move sequence, so use the board layout in your room to work out the pushes.
Symbol-code puzzle
For the specific four-symbol puzzle sequence listed in that walkthrough, enter: Red, Swap, Red, Black, Swap, Black. Treat this as a room-specific sequence, not a universal code. If the symbols or puzzle layout on screen differ, this is not a safe match.

Chapter 5 puzzle answer
Four-block corner-switch puzzle
Put one block on each of the four corner switches. A Chapter 5 community guide says Kris can stand on the grass above the board to push the top blocks down. It also reports that Ralsei may solve the puzzle automatically when the RALSEIs setting is enabled. If you never see the manual puzzle, check that setting before assuming you missed a step. The guide does not establish a full move-by-move route for every board layout.
Finding a room-by-room answer for another puzzle
A community Steam index lists flowcharts for Chapters 1–5 and reports updates through September 28, 2026, including version 1.1 of its Chapter 5 chart. The index is a locating aid, not an official answer key; its diagrams have not been independently verified here. Match the chapter and room in the chart to what you see in-game before following it. Chapter 4 is included in that index even though a separate Japanese answer guide’s visible chapter list covers Chapters 1, 2, 3, and 5.

- To preserve the puzzle: look for a hint for the matching room before opening a full solution.
- If you are blocked: use a direct walkthrough, but verify the room and any route or configuration condition before acting.
- If you need help with a puzzle not covered above: share your chapter, location, and what is on screen. A chapter number alone may not identify the puzzle.
Save-import caution
If you are moving between platforms or between the demo and full game, check the official FAQ’s save-import instructions for your specific version. It warns that declining an import and deciding to do it later may require deleting full-game save data, which can be unrecoverable. Do not delete save data casually.
