Walkthroughs list these four story missions as prerequisites for Saint Mark’s Bistro: Freefall, High Noon, Green Goo and Madd Dogg. If Salvatore’s mission marker has not appeared, check that all four are finished.

These are the prerequisites for starting this mission. The separate preparation missions for the casino heist are not required just to begin Saint Mark’s Bistro.
Where is the Saint Mark’s Bistro mission?
Go to Caligula’s Casino on the Las Venturas Strip and enter Salvatore Leone’s mission marker or office. Salvatore gives the mission there. Guides refer to the location as Caligula’s Casino or Caligula’s Palace.

How do you complete the mission?
- Start the mission: Enter Salvatore’s marker at the casino and watch the cutscene.
- Reach the airport: Travel to the airport and board the jet.
- Fly to Liberty City: Follow the mission route to Marco’s Bistro.
- Clear the enemies: Defeat the Forelli gang members at the bistro.
- Return to Las Venturas: Fly back and land the jet to finish the mission.
What does completing it unlock?
Completing Saint Mark’s Bistro unlocks A Home in the Hills. Breaking the Bank at Caligula’s has an additional requirement: completing its heist preparation missions. The mission also makes Didier Sachs accessible.
In-game rewards listed for Saint Mark’s Bistro are $20,000 and increased respect.
