Undo a regular Studio change

Click in the relevant Studio editing area if needed.

Press Ctrl+Z on Windows or ⌘Z on Mac. Roblox documents these shortcuts for undoing non-script changes in its AI Assistant tutorial.
Shortcuts can be viewed or changed in File > Customize Shortcuts. See Roblox’s Studio setup documentation.

Undo script edits
The Script Editor treats each edit as one undo action. If you edit with multiple cursors, undoing or redoing that action applies to all cursors. Roblox documents this behavior in its Script Editor reference.
The cited Ctrl+Z and ⌘Z guidance specifically addresses non-script changes. For script editing, use the editor’s undo command; if you need to confirm its current key binding, check File > Customize Shortcuts.

Redo an undone action
Redo re-executes the most recently undone action. The ChangeHistoryService reference describes the API behavior; for the user-facing keyboard shortcut, use Studio’s Edit menu or check the shortcut configured in your installation.

Plugin-made changes participate in Studio’s undo and redo history only when the plugin records them through ChangeHistoryService. Roblox’s guidance is to call TryBeginRecording() before changing the experience, then FinishRecording() after the change to commit it. The Studio plugins documentation covers plugin recording.
