Before the relevant Act 3 camp scene: complete Maelle’s optional relationship quest and reach relationship level 6, then consult a current guide for the safe response. Acts 1 and 2
Work through a chronological checklist for journals, records, Nevron quests, Gestral games, Lost Gestrals, relationship interactions, and Monoco skills. Record what you have completed; the map does not provide a collectible counter to confirm that route for you.
Act 3
Complete character-specific side-quest and relationship interactions, and pause before Maelle’s level-6 follow-up scene to check the safe dialogue response in a current guide. That choice is the relationship warning with a stated permanent lockout risk.

Finish the remaining requirements after the ending
Some completion goals are deliberately postgame, so an achievement tracker that remains incomplete at the ending does not necessarily mean you missed something. The 33-record achievement requires a record awarded for finishing the game. The all-journals achievement also requires defeating an optional superboss. The guides say you can continue from the last rest point after the ending rather than immediately starting New Game+.
After the ending, check your platform tracker, collect remaining eligible items, obtain the final record, and take on the optional superboss if the journal achievement is still locked. Keep the missable prologue items separate from this cleanup list: postgame access does not undo a missed story opportunity.
