What does the full completion list include?
The reported achievement pool is split between 36 base-game achievements and 18 achievements across the two expansions, Wicked Isle and The Red Strain. The Xbox Complete Edition listing describes a package containing the main game, both story expansions, and Basic and Enhanced Supply Bundles. Check your own platform’s edition and add-on access: owning the base game alone does not establish access to DLC achievements.

Exploration, collectibles and progression
- Detectorist: Pick up the metal detector.
- Where There’s Muck There’s Brass: Find 10 metal-detector caches.
- Packed Lunch: Find five buried lunchboxes.
- Avid Collector: Find 10 comics.
- Radiophonic: Find five audio logs.
- We Want Information: Read 50 notes in the Quarantine Zone.
- Refer to Manual: Learn 12 skills.
- Burglar: Use the Signal Redirector to unlock five doors.
- Gnome on the Range: Find and destroy 10 Garden Gnomes in Stafell Crag.
Combat, weapons and timed item use
- Grand Slam: Take out at least five enemies in one explosion.
- High Tea: Consume a Cornish pasty, English tea and a slice of cake within 30 seconds.
- Target Practice: Get six kills with the MK.VI Revolver without reloading.
- Hit for Six: Redirect a thrown grenade with the cricket bat.
- Midsummer Picnic: Consume an Infection Sample, Infected Honeycomb and Druids’ Tonic within 10 seconds.
- Must… Kill…: Kill three enemies with fists while the Red Strain Adaptation skill is active.
How to plan for story and ending achievements
Some achievements are tied to different story choices and outcomes, so a single straightforward story route should not be assumed to unlock all of them. - Check the platform list. Confirm the total and identify hidden entries; on PlayStation, the platinum is earned by unlocking the other trophies.
