To unlock the standard gyms in Gym League, raise your Total Power, complete the required Body Alter, then travel to the newly available floor. The current published route runs from Beach Gym to Jungle Gym; each later unlock requires reaching a power threshold and completing the matching alter.
The sequence and thresholds below follow the Gym League Wiki’s gym guide, last updated September 13, 2026. Gym League is a Roblox experience by 1v2 Studios, as identified on its Roblox experience page. Updates can change available floors or requirements, so check the in-game Gym menu and Shop if your version differs.
Standard gym unlock order
| Order | Gym | Unlock requirement |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Beach Gym | Free starter floor; no Body Alter required. |
| 2 | Underground Gym | Complete Tan at 2,500 Total Power. |
| 3 | The Gym | Complete Rock at 10,000 Total Power. |
| 4 | Golden Gym | Complete Steel at 50,000 Total Power. |
| 5 | Cyber Gym | Complete Diamond at 250,000 Total Power. |
| 6 | Gravity Gym | Complete Plasma at 1,000,000 Total Power. |
| 7 | Galactic Gym | Complete Emperor at 5,000,000 Total Power. |
| 8 | Jungle Gym | Complete Apex at approximately 25 million or more Total Power; this is an approximate endgame gate. |
These thresholds are Total Power gates reported in the current guide, not a promise that power alone opens the floor. You also need to meet the Body Alter’s Shop price and finish the required muscle progression.
How to unlock the next gym
- Train the required muscles. Work across the muscle groups and check Stats until each required muscle reads 100%.
- Reach the Total Power requirement. Use the table to identify the power gate for the next alter.
- Buy and complete the matching Body Alter. Open the Shop and complete the alter once you have the required cash and power. Later floors are tied to the corresponding alter; simply accumulating cash or winning a posing event is not the unlock method.
- Travel to the new floor. Once the matching alter is complete, the gym appears as owned. Select the Gym button on the left side of the HUD to go there.
Why you should move to each new gym
Machines in later gyms provide more strength per click, so train in the newest gym you have unlocked while working toward the next alter. You do not have to complete every machine or rack in an older gym before moving on.

Intermediate alters and extra gyms
The standard route is sequential: the guide says intermediate Body Alters cannot be skipped. Between the named standard gates, it lists Slate and Concrete after Tan; Metal and Shiny after Rock; Armored and Alien after Steel; and Water and Magma after Diamond on the way to Plasma. Gold is described as a VIP/Robux appearance and does not open a floor on the standard route.
Other floor names may appear on some accounts or after updates, including Pirate, Hidden, Prison, Divine, and a limited Halloween Gym. The current guide does not establish one consistent exact threshold for each of these. Check your Gym menu and Shop for the requirements shown in your game. An older Pro Game Guides article published October 30, 2024 gives a broader list with conflicting thresholds; its older numbers should not be treated as the current standard route.
