Tormented Souls 2 has three outfits unlocked by completing the game at specific difficulty levels: Lazy Sunday, Carabinero, and Cheerleader. Classic Caroline and Rebel Biker are included with the Digital Deluxe upgrade. Change outfits at the wardrobe in the Convent Guest Room after you return there, roughly 15–20 minutes into the game, according to the official launch FAQ.
Completion rewards: unlock outfits by difficulty
Complete the game at the listed difficulty or higher to earn each reward. The Carabinero threshold also unlocks Tormented difficulty mode.

Deluxe outfits: Classic Caroline and Rebel Biker
Classic Caroline and Rebel Biker are included with the Digital Deluxe Edition upgrade; they are not difficulty-completion rewards. The official FAQ describes the Deluxe outfits as cosmetic, and the Steam store listing also names both outfits as part of the Digital Deluxe Edition.

Where to change outfits
- Progress until you return to the Convent Guest Room. The official FAQ estimates reaching this point at roughly 15–20 minutes into the game; that is a progression estimate, not a guaranteed timer.
- Use the wardrobe in the room to access the bonus outfits.
What counts as “all” outfits?
The official launch FAQ documents these five bonus outfits, but it does not establish a complete inventory of every default outfit, variant, or outfit added later. The unlock rules here are those published in the FAQ on October 20, 2025; the Steam listing gives October 23, 2025 as the game’s release date. These sources do not establish whether every later update or platform build has identical behavior.
