Walkthroughs also report two alternatives to entering the directional sequence:
- Call Dylan from the nearby payphone and choose the explanation about a lost stray cat.
- Find a fire extinguisher near the dumpsters and use it to break the lock.
These are reported alternate routes; guides do not establish that they are consequence-free or behave identically to entering the code.
