A racing wheel may work with some Roblox driving experiences on PC, but Roblox does not document universal native racing-wheel support. Connect and configure the wheel, then test it in the exact experience you want to play; steering, pedals, buttons, and force feedback may not all work. Keep keyboard or gamepad controls available as a fallback.
What to expect from a racing wheel in Roblox
Roblox’s gamepad documentation says it accepts input from gamepads such as Xbox and PlayStation controllers and explains input bindings. It does not promise native racing-wheel support. That means a wheel being recognized by your PC does not guarantee that a particular Roblox experience will recognize its steering axis or pedals.
Compatibility can vary by experience. The reliable sources reviewed do not confirm any named Roblox driving experience as wheel-compatible, so there is no verified universal list of games to choose from. Check the controls or help information for the specific experience you plan to play.
- Steering: Test whether turning the wheel changes the vehicle’s direction, and whether the response is analog or behaves like a simple left/right input.
- Pedals: Test accelerator and brake separately; an experience may ignore them or handle their axes differently.
- Buttons: Buttons may be easier to use if they can be assigned to inputs the experience accepts.
- Force feedback: Roblox-specific force-feedback behavior is not established by the sources here. A wheel’s centering spring is not proof that the game is generating force feedback.
Set up and test the wheel on PC
- Connect the wheel according to its manufacturer’s instructions. For the Logitech G29, Logitech says to set the platform switch to PS4 when connecting to a computer. The G29 and G920 are PC-compatible, but their console variants differ: the G29 is listed for PlayStation and PC, while the G920 is listed for Xbox and PC.
- Configure buttons or profiles if your wheel supports it. Logitech documents using Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) 8.70 and later to assign commands to buttons on the G29 and G920. Its instructions concern compatible games generally; they do not provide a Roblox-specific preset.
- Open the exact Roblox driving experience and check its controls. Look for a controls menu, help page, or other instructions from that experience’s creator.
- Test inputs one at a time. Try steering, accelerator, brake, and any useful buttons separately. This helps distinguish a wheel that the PC recognizes from an experience that actually responds to its controls.
- Keep keyboard or gamepad input ready. If the wheel does not work, return to the controls offered by the experience rather than assuming a wheel fault.
This is a practical setup approach based on the manufacturers’ general instructions, not a verified Roblox configuration or compatibility guarantee.

If the experience ignores the wheel
If an experience responds to keyboard or gamepad input but not to the wheel, a PC-side mapping that translates available wheel controls into inputs the experience accepts may be worth trying. Whether that works depends on the wheel, mapping software, Roblox client, and experience. The available documentation does not verify a universal mapping tool or guarantee analog steering or pedal behavior.
- If inputs conflict or stop working, disable the mapping and test the experience’s normal keyboard or gamepad controls.
- If only some controls work, keep using the working inputs and use the experience’s standard controls for the rest.
- If the wheel is unavailable to the PC, revisit the manufacturer’s connection and configuration instructions before troubleshooting Roblox.
Logitech G29 and G920: what their support does and does not mean
Logitech’s G29/G920 product page describes the Driving Force wheel and pedals and lists PC compatibility for both models. Logitech’s button-configuration instructions cover profiles and button commands for compatible games. Neither source verifies plug-and-play Roblox support. These models are examples of PC-compatible wheels, not confirmed Roblox recommendations.

Do not extend the PC setup guidance to consoles. Wheel platform compatibility and Roblox input support on PlayStation or Xbox are separate questions; the sources cited here do not verify Roblox wheel input on either console.

Verify that your PC setup and target experience work before buying a wheel specifically for Roblox. If you already own a PC-compatible wheel, testing it in the experience is the sensible first step. If you are shopping, look for a USB racing wheel with pedals that fits your other games and platform needs, and treat Roblox compatibility as something to check separately for each experience.
