To wash your clothes in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, use a water trough for a quick rinse, wash selected items at a laundry spot with soap, or pay a bathhouse owner for a more thorough clean. If you want to clean specific clothing or armor yourself, bring soap to a laundry spot and choose the items from your inventory.

How to wash items at a laundry spot
- Find a laundry spot by a pond or stream.
- Make sure you have soap. Washing more items, or items in worse condition, can require more soap.
- Interact with the wash point.
- Select the clothing or armor you want to wash from your inventory, then confirm.
How to use a water trough
Interact with a water trough for a quick rinse. It is useful for a limited cleanup, but does not provide the deepest clean. Choose a laundry spot or bathhouse when you want a more thorough result.
How to get a more thorough clean at a bathhouse
Talk to the bathhouse owner and choose the service you want. One guide identifies the public baths at Zhelejov Wagoner’s Inn, west of Troskowitz, as an early-game option. Service prices are not established as universal, so check the price displayed in the in-game service menu before confirming.
Why clean clothes matter
Cleaner clothing improves your appearance and can matter in charisma-related interactions. If you are preparing for an encounter where presentation matters, a trough rinse may not be enough; use soap at a laundry spot or choose a bathhouse service.
