Secret Level is legally available on Amazon Prime Video. Season 1 contains all 15 episodes. In the U.S., the standard route is an eligible Amazon Prime or Prime Video subscription; Prime Video Ultra is optional, not required. International availability varies by country, and a VPN is not a guaranteed way to access another region’s catalogue.
How to watch Secret Level in the U.S.
- Open Prime Video in a browser or the official app.
- Sign in with your Amazon account.
- Search for Secret Level, rather than searching for an individual game or episode.
- Select the Amazon Studios series page.
- Choose Season 1, select an episode, and press Play.
If Amazon asks you to subscribe, review the displayed price, renewal date, advertising status, and trial terms before confirming. Eligible new or returning subscribers may see a trial offer, but its length and availability vary by market and account. Do not assume a trial is available to every viewer.

The Prime Video episode listing shows episodes 1–8 dated December 10, 2024, and later episodes dated December 17, 2024. That supports describing Season 1 as a two-part release, although the dates alone do not establish a separate release announcement.
How much does it cost?
Amazon Prime
Amazon’s U.S. information pages list Prime at $14.99 per month or $139 per year, with Prime Video included. If you also use Prime shipping, Prime Music, Prime Reading, or other benefits, the annual plan may be more useful than subscribing only for this series. Check the final amount at Amazon’s Prime sign-up page, because taxes, promotions, plan availability, and trial eligibility can change.
Prime Video Ultra
Amazon lists Prime Video Ultra at $4.99 per month or $45.99 per year in the U.S. It is an optional upgrade for ad-free viewing and additional features. You do not need Ultra to watch Secret Level.

Watching Secret Level while traveling
If you already subscribe and are temporarily abroad
Open Prime Video normally from the country you are visiting and search for the title again. Do not rely only on Continue Watching. The catalogue, audio tracks, subtitle options, and playback rights may differ from those at home.
If the official app offers downloads for the title, downloading episodes before departure is often the simplest travel option. Download availability, expiry, and offline playback rules can vary by title, account, device, and territory, so downloads should not be treated as permanently playable copies.

- After the Revolution, Jamie and Claire return to a changed Fraser?s Ridge, facing new settlers and hard choices to protect their home and each other.
If the series does not appear in the country you are visiting
Check the local Prime Video service first. Confirm that your Amazon account, payment country, app-store country, and device region are consistent. A reputable availability guide such as JustWatch can help you determine whether the series is listed locally, but it does not replace the provider’s catalogue or subscription.
A VPN encrypts your connection and can make traffic appear to originate from another location. However, it does not create a Prime Video subscription, change the country attached to your Amazon account or payment method, or override licensing rules. Prime Video may block or challenge VPN connections. Check Amazon’s terms and local law before using one to access a different catalogue, and do not falsify billing details or create accounts in another country to bypass restrictions.
If you live permanently outside the U.S.
Do not assume a U.S. Prime subscription automatically includes the U.S. catalogue everywhere. Search your local Prime Video site and check a country-specific availability guide before paying. If Secret Level is absent locally, legal availability may not yet exist in that territory. Unofficial “free streaming” sites are not a safe or legitimate alternative.
Audio, subtitles, and picture quality
The Prime Video listing presents multiple audio and subtitle options, including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Hindi, Thai, and Japanese audio in the localized listing, with additional subtitle choices. Exact tracks can vary by country, episode, device, and app.
JustWatch lists the U.S. title in HD and includes Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision availability metadata. That is not a guarantee that every viewer will receive those formats. Resolution, HDR, and immersive audio depend on the title version, plan, account, device, television, app, bandwidth, and regional rights.

The U.S.-oriented Prime Video listing labels Secret Level TV-14 and flags violence, alcohol use, smoking, strong language, flashing lights, and strobing patterns. Ratings and warnings can differ by country. Viewers with photosensitivity should check the warning labels before watching, and parents should use their local rating rather than relying only on the U.S. classification.

Prime Video troubleshooting
The title does not appear in search
- Open the direct Prime Video title page.
- Sign out and back in.
- Update the Prime Video app.
- Search in a browser as well as the app.
- Check the local Prime Video website and your membership status.
- Verify the correct Amazon account, marketplace, and country settings.
- Disable a VPN temporarily and search again.
Common causes include regional catalogue differences, stale app data, a signed-out account, an expired membership, or searching inside another service or channel instead of the main Prime Video catalogue.
The page shows only a trailer
Confirm that you selected Season 1 and an episode rather than a trailer or bonus feature. Check that your membership or trial is active, then try another browser or device. If playback remains unavailable, the account or region may not have the necessary rights.
Playback is blocked with a VPN
Disconnect the VPN and retry using the normal local catalogue. If you are traveling, use legitimate downloads made before departure where available. Changing servers repeatedly is not guaranteed to work and can trigger additional verification.

Subtitles or dubbing are missing
Start playback and open the audio and subtitle menu. Check both the title page and the playback menu, then try the web player and official app. Language tracks can differ by territory and device.
4K, HDR, or Dolby audio is unavailable
Verify that your display and device support the format, check your bandwidth, update the app, and confirm that your account and the title version expose the format in your territory. Availability metadata does not guarantee delivery on every setup.
