Warhammer TV is the shows-and-animation service included with a Warhammer+ subscription. You can watch through a web browser, the Warhammer TV mobile or television app, Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, or Amazon Fire TV. To see what has just arrived, use the Warhammer+ news archive on Warhammer Community and open the dated announcement for the exact episode schedule.
The latest specific schedule in Games Workshop’s official announcements is for Arkanaut, an Age of Sigmar animation. Its announced weekly dates are 16, 23, and 30 October 2026. Because release calendars and subscription details can change, treat those dates as the 30 September 2026 announcement and check the live Warhammer+ archive before planning a viewing week.

What Warhammer TV is and whether you need Warhammer+
Warhammer TV is Games Workshop’s video service for Warhammer shows and animated series. The service is accessed through Warhammer+, rather than as a free, standalone video channel. The official Warhammer+ FAQ directs subscribers to sign in to My Warhammer, open Explore My Benefits, and select the Warhammer TV benefit. You can also download the Warhammer TV app and follow its setup instructions.
That means a Warhammer+ subscription is the access requirement for the Warhammer TV catalogue. The service page describes a library of more than 600 episodes across 20 shows, with new episodes released weekly. Those are current vendor-published figures, not an independently audited count, and Games Workshop can change the catalogue or the way it describes it.
#1 Best Overall
- Games Workshop - Warhammer 40,000: Introductory Set (10 Edition - 2023)
- A great way to begin your journey into the Warhammer 40,000 hobby
- Includes basic rules for the game, plus dice, a gaming mat, reference sheets, and a range ruler
- 16 push-fit models make up two balanced starter forces - Space Marines and Tyranids, plus hobby supplies to build and paint them
Warhammer+ also includes other subscriber benefits, such as additional apps, Vault access, and subscriber rewards. If your only goal is video, decide whether the television library justifies the subscription on its own; the official pages do not identify a separate Warhammer TV-only plan.
How to watch Warhammer TV
Use a web browser
- Purchase or activate Warhammer+ through the official Games Workshop account flow.
- Sign in to your My Warhammer account.
- Open Explore My Benefits and choose Warhammer TV.
- Select a show or animation from the catalogue and start playback in the browser.
This is the simplest route if you are using a computer or a device whose browser is not listed as a dedicated television-app platform.
Use a phone or tablet
- Open Apple’s App Store on an iPhone or iPad, or Google Play on an Android device.
- Search for the official Warhammer TV app and install it.
- Open the app, follow its sign-in or account-linking prompts, and use the Warhammer+ account that holds your subscription.
- Choose a programme from the available library.
The FAQ identifies Apple iOS and Google Android as supported mobile operating systems. App-store availability can vary by country, so a missing listing may indicate a regional restriction rather than a problem with your device.
Watch on a television
The official support list includes Apple tvOS, Google Android TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV. Install the Warhammer TV app from the store on the relevant television platform, then follow the app’s sign-in instructions. If you already own one of these devices, no additional streaming hardware is required. If you do not, the web and mobile options remain available.
Games Workshop’s FAQ does not establish a universal list of television models, simultaneous streams, or casting features. Those details can depend on the operating system and the app version, so do not assume that an unlisted smart-TV brand will run the service natively.

Warhammer+ prices and billing periods
Games Workshop publishes regional prices, so the amount shown at checkout depends on your country and currency. The FAQ currently gives these examples:
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
| Currency | Monthly example | Annual example | Annual-plan qualification |
|---|---|---|---|
| GBP | £6.99 per month | £61.99 per year | The FAQ describes annual access as 12 months for the price of nine. |
| USD | $8.49 per month | $74.99 per year | The FAQ describes annual access as 12 months for the price of nine. |
These are the prices displayed in the official FAQ at the time covered by this guide; they are not a promise of a permanent rate. Other territories have their own monthly and annual amounts, taxes, payment rules, and potentially different features. Confirm the total in your local currency on the live subscription page.
An annual subscription makes financial sense only if you expect to use Warhammer+ for most of the year. A monthly plan costs more over a full year but lets you evaluate the catalogue and the apps without committing to a 12-month billing period. The source material does not specify cancellation timing, refunds, or whether a plan automatically renews, so read the checkout terms for your account region.

Games Workshop says the list changes and that not every feature is available in every country. A territory appearing on the list therefore confirms current service availability, not identical pricing, app availability, content, or benefits. Check the country selector and the current FAQ before paying, particularly if you are travelling or using an account registered in another region.
Audio and subtitle options
Warhammer animations have English audio. The FAQ says subtitles are available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Korean. Presenter-led hobby programmes are currently English-audio only according to the same FAQ. Subtitle coverage can vary by programme, so open the player’s language menu rather than assuming every title offers every listed language.
How to find this week’s new Warhammer TV releases
Start with the official Warhammer+ news archive
Warhammer Community’s Warhammer+ news archive is the official discovery page for announcements about Warhammer TV. Scan the newest headlines for an episode, series, or special that interests you. The archive is a listing of announcements, not a guarantee that every item follows the same weekday, release time, or format.
Open the dated announcement
Once you find a relevant headline, open the individual post and read the schedule in that post. A dated release announcement is more precise than a general “new this week” label because it can identify the exact Friday, episode number, or series launch. Save the announcement date alongside the release date when planning a watch list; schedules can be revised.
Confirm the episode inside the app
On the announced day, sign in to Warhammer TV and search the series title. If the episode is not visible, check that you are using the account attached to Warhammer+, update the app where your platform provides updates, and revisit the announcement for a changed time or regional note. The official material does not promise that every territory receives every item simultaneously.

What is new in October 2026?
Arkanaut release schedule
Games Workshop’s 30 September 2026 announcement says the first episode of Arkanaut, a new Warhammer Age of Sigmar animation, arrives on Warhammer TV on Friday 16 October 2026. It announces weekly episodes on:
| Episode timing | Date announced | What the announcement says |
|---|---|---|
| First episode | Friday, 16 October 2026 | The series premiere arrives on Warhammer TV. |
| Second weekly release | Friday, 23 October 2026 | The next episode is scheduled one week later. |
| Third weekly release | Friday, 30 October 2026 | The third announced weekly episode follows. |
The story follows the Kharadron Overlords crew of the frigate Therodoson. Warhammer+ subscribers are the audience identified for the episodes. Because this guide is based on an announcement dated 30 September and a schedule checked on 13 October 2026, verify the current Warhammer Community archive before treating any of these dates as a future release. On 17 October, the 16 October premiere date has passed; the next dates in that announcement are 23 and 30 October, subject to any official change.
How to interpret “this week”
“This week” is not a permanent category on Warhammer TV. It depends on the day you read the article, your time zone, and whether Games Workshop has amended a schedule. Use the archive to establish the week’s announcements, then use the dated post to distinguish a premiere, a returning episode, a trailer, and a feature article. Do not infer that every Friday contains a new episode simply because Arkanaut was announced with Friday dates.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How the weekly catalogue works
The Warhammer+ service page describes new episodes as released weekly and advertises more than 600 episodes across 20 shows. “Weekly” describes the service’s release cadence in general; it does not state that every show publishes every week or that all releases are full-length episodes. Some weeks may feature an animation, a presenter-led hobby programme, a special, or an announcement instead.

Troubleshooting access problems
The app is not visible in your store
- Confirm that your device is one of the platforms named by the FAQ: Apple iOS, Apple tvOS, Google Android, Google Android TV, Roku, or Amazon Fire TV.
- Check the country associated with your app-store account. Games Workshop lists supported territories but notes that availability and features can differ.
- Use the web-browser route through My Warhammer while you verify regional support.
Your subscription is not recognised
- Sign out of the Warhammer TV app.
- Sign back in with the My Warhammer account that purchased Warhammer+.
- Open Explore My Benefits in My Warhammer and confirm that Warhammer TV appears among your benefits.
- Restart the app and check for an available update on your device.
If the benefit still does not appear, keep your purchase confirmation and contact Games Workshop support through the current account-help route. The supplied FAQ does not publish a separate entitlement-repair procedure.
An announced episode is missing
- Check the date and wording of the original Warhammer Community announcement.
- Allow for your territory’s availability and time-zone differences.
- Search the exact series title rather than relying only on the home-page carousel.
- Check the archive again for a schedule change or corrected announcement.
Do not assume that a missing title means the entire service is down; regional rollout and an updated release time are both possible explanations.
Subtitles or audio are not what you expected
Open the player’s audio and subtitle controls while the programme is playing. Animated content is listed with English audio and a range of subtitle languages, while presenter-led shows are listed as English audio only. A language appearing in the service-wide FAQ is not a guarantee that every individual programme has that subtitle track.
Which Warhammer TV setup fits you?
| Your situation | Practical choice | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| You watch mainly on a computer | Use the web browser through My Warhammer. | No television hardware or app-store installation is required. |
| You watch on a phone or tablet | Install the iOS or Android app. | The dedicated app is the officially listed mobile route. |
| You already own a supported TV device | Install the app on Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, or Fire TV. | You can watch on the television without buying another platform. |
| You are deciding between monthly and annual billing | Compare your expected months of use with the local checkout price. | The annual plan is described as 12 months for the price of nine, while monthly billing has a lower commitment. |
| You need a specific subtitle language | Check the player on the individual title. | Animation and presenter-led programmes have different language information. |
What to check before subscribing
- Your country is on the current Warhammer+ availability list.
- Your preferred screen is covered by the supported web, mobile, or TV-platform routes.
- The local monthly and annual prices, including any displayed taxes, fit your budget.
- The language options for the programmes you intend to watch meet your needs.
- You understand that catalogue size, prices, territories, and release schedules can change.
For release tracking, bookmark the Warhammer+ archive rather than relying on a static calendar. For account access, start with My Warhammer’s Explore My Benefits page or the official Warhammer TV app. Those two routes cover the service’s documented setup flow.
