Fit Ancient Relics into its four patterned wall panels to unlock a secret-ending scene and the Great Circle Mural notebook entry. You do not need to treat it as a separate required main-story ending; if you are missing the final relic, you can return after the story.
Where to find the Secret Vault
During the Atonements adventure in Iraq, descend to the bottom of the Ziggurat elevator shaft. From the lower level, take the eastern passage to reach the Secret Vault. Inside are four large patterned wall panels.
How to solve the four panels
Each panel is a relic-placement puzzle. Put Ancient Relics into the panel and rotate them until their shapes fit the pattern. The core mechanic is the same across all four walls, but the exact placements and orientations differ.
A written description alone is not enough to establish every relic position and rotation. If you need the exact arrangement, use a visual walkthrough with annotated panel images rather than guessing at a sequence.

What to do if you are missing an Ancient Relic
You can leave the vault and come back later. A walkthrough reports that the final Ancient Relic is available during post-game free roam at Voss’s tent. Pick it up there, then return to the bottom of the Ziggurat elevator shaft and continue the panels.

Completing the vault puzzles unlocks a secret-ending scene and the Great Circle Mural notebook entry. The scene is optional story content that adds context to the story’s culmination, rather than a separate required ending.
