There is no verified official announcement in the available Epic or Fortnite sources that Bart Simpson is getting a Fortnite skin. Fortnite did feature an official Simpsons season, but Epic’s published Battle Pass list names Homer, Marge, Flanders, Blinky Fishstick, and Springfielder Peely—not Bart. The source of the Bart teaser and any release date remain unconfirmed.
Was Bart’s Fortnite skin officially announced?
Not in the official sources that document Fortnite’s Simpsons content. Epic’s November 1, 2025 announcement confirms a Simpsons-themed season and lists its Battle Pass outfits. Bart is not among the outfits named in that list. That omission does not establish that Bart has never appeared in Fortnite; it means the cited announcement does not confirm this particular skin teaser.
The teaser itself cannot be verified from those official pages. Without its original post or image, it is not possible to establish what was shown or whether it represents an official announcement. Treat claims that Bart is confirmed or has a scheduled release as unverified unless Epic publishes confirmation.
What Simpsons content did Fortnite confirm?
Springfield gameplay and the 2025 Battle Pass
Epic’s November 2025 announcement described Springfield Island, an 80-player island, a Simpsons-themed Battle Pass, animated shorts, and timed rewards. The Battle Pass outfits and rewards named in the article are Homer, Marge, Flanders, Blinky Fishstick, and Springfielder Peely. The article does not name Bart as an outfit.

A separate Simpsons-style cosmetic
Epic support material also documents a Simpsons style for John Wick, obtained through a Battle Pass and quests. This is a digital outfit style for John Wick, not a Bart Simpson skin. See Epic’s support page for the John Wick Simpsons style.
A creator toolkit planned for later in 2026
On June 18, 2026, Epic announced that Fortnite developers were expected to receive a Simpsons creator toolkit later that year, developed with Disney, 20th Century Studios, and Gracie Films. This is an opportunity for creators to make Simpsons games in Fortnite; it is not an announcement of a Bart outfit for players. Epic said the season had drawn more than 80 million players and over 750 million hours during its run last fall. Those are Epic’s retrospective figures, not a promise about future content.
