The Dragon Age Keep landing page loaded during a check on October 8, 2026, but that does not confirm that sign-in, world-state editing, saving, or syncing is working. EA’s public status page does not list the Keep, so it cannot confirm a Keep-specific outage. If you are having trouble, first identify which step fails and record the exact error.
What is known about Dragon Age Keep right now?
On October 8, 2026, the official Dragon Age Keep landing page loaded and displayed a sign-in prompt and FAQ link. That establishes that the landing page was reachable at the time; it does not test what happens after sign-in or whether a world state can be edited, saved, or exported.
EA’s server-status page describes real-time status for the games and platforms it lists, but Dragon Age Keep was not among the displayed titles. Its absence is not evidence that the Keep is either healthy or down. No Keep-specific live status indicator or current incident report is established by these sources.
Find the step where the problem occurs
“The website is not working” can describe different failures. Note which stage breaks, whether the same issue affects another account or player, and the time it happened. This helps distinguish a page access problem from an account or later game-data problem without assuming a cause.

What to do if Dragon Age Keep is not working
- Check the Keep page and note the failure stage. Open the official Keep page. Record the exact error text and the time, and note whether the failure occurs before or after sign-in.
- Check EA’s updates and relevant service status. Look at the EA server-status page for the relevant game and platform, and check EA Help for updates. The status page does not list Dragon Age Keep, so it cannot settle Keep-specific availability.
- Contact EA support if the problem continues. Include your platform or launcher, account ID, region, operating system and version, when the issue began, the exact error, and a screenshot or clip. EA’s community response in a past incident also requested DxDiag and an EA App Error Report ID where applicable.
A past outage does not establish a current one
A 2023 EA forum thread about a Keep error included reports of connection failures and an internal server error. After the issue was marked resolved, EA community manager EA_Shepard wrote, “The keep is up and running now.” That statement applied to the incident in that thread; it is not a current status announcement.
EA’s general service-update policy explains that EA may retire particular services, features, or modes. It does not establish that Dragon Age Keep has been retired. A connection error by itself is not proof of a shutdown.
