Capcom announced on March 4, 2026 that Resident Evil Requiem had surpassed 5 million units sold worldwide. That is the milestone reported on that date, not a current lifetime total. In the same release, Capcom said the Resident Evil series’ cumulative game sales exceeded 183 million units as of December 31, 2025; that franchise-wide figure is separate from Requiem’s sales.
