Yes—New MONOPOLY, formerly called MONOPOLY 2024, supports cross-play. Ubisoft lists it for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. That answer applies to this specific game, not automatically to every Monopoly video game.
Which platforms can play New MONOPOLY together?
Ubisoft advertises cross-play for New MONOPOLY, which it says was previously offered under the name MONOPOLY 2024. Ubisoft lists the game on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Its product page gives the release date as September 26, 2024. Ubisoft’s New MONOPOLY product page uses the wording: “Play with up to 6 players in your living room or take the matches online to compete against other property moguls from around the world, as MONOPOLY also supports cross-play!”
The official listings confirm cross-play as a feature, but do not provide a complete platform-pair compatibility chart. So the supported-platform list is the clearest available answer; it is not a separately verified guarantee for every particular pair of devices.
What do you need to play online?
Online play can require an internet connection, a Ubisoft account, the relevant platform account, and a platform subscription, depending on where you play. Check the current official listing for your platform before starting:

Does this apply to every Monopoly video game?
No. “Monopoly” covers multiple digital releases, and Ubisoft’s cross-play statement is specifically about New MONOPOLY. Hasbro identifies MONOPOLY Madness as a separate game, but its announcement does not establish that it supports cross-play. Hasbro’s announcement of MONOPOLY Madness therefore should not be treated as evidence about compatibility for that game—or for other older Monopoly releases.
