Can you play Stick Fight across different platforms?
No. Landfall developer Botten Hanna answered a question about Switch cross-platform play on April 3, 2021: “No, it is not cross-platform.” The developer’s reply directly addresses the Switch question.

In December 2021, after a player read a console-availability trailer as an announcement of crossplay, Botten Hanna clarified: “Hi! Sorry we didn’t realize it would be interpreted that way, unfortunately there isn’t crossplay.” The clarification distinguishes additional console versions from the ability to play together across platforms.
Does online multiplayer mean the versions can play together?
No. Online multiplayer means players can connect through that platform’s version; it does not establish compatibility with players on another platform. The store listings describe online features for individual versions, while Landfall’s developer replies say crossplay is not supported.

- PlayStation lists the PS4 version, with up to four online players; PS Plus is required for online play.
- Xbox lists Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions with online multiplayer for two to four players.
- Nintendo lists a Nintendo Switch version.
These listings show that the game is available on several platforms and has online multiplayer features on some versions. They do not provide evidence that those versions share online matches, and the developers have said crossplay is unavailable. The sources do not establish a complete compatibility matrix for every platform pair.
Is PC and PlayStation crossplay planned?
In a July 11, 2024 reply to a PC/PlayStation question, Landfall developer Beth said: “There is no crossplay between PC and Playstation, no plans for right now it sadly.” That reply confirms PC and PlayStation could not crossplay and that there were no plans at that time. It is a dated statement, not a guarantee about future plans.

If playing together is the deciding factor, choose the same platform version. A listing that advertises online multiplayer does not mean a friend on another system can join your match. For platform-specific online requirements, check the relevant store page; PlayStation’s listing, for example, states that PS Plus is required for online play.
