Ubisoft currently lists Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege as Free Access for $0.00 on its US store, but the official sources reviewed do not confirm a separate free-play weekend for October 9–11, 2026. Check your own platform’s store and region before downloading: access and promotions can vary.
Is Rainbow Six Siege free this weekend?
A new October 9–11 free-play weekend is not confirmed by the official Ubisoft sources reviewed. The wording can be confusing because Ubisoft’s US store currently lists Rainbow Six Siege as “Free Access” at $0.00. That is an ongoing store listing, not proof of a weekend-only promotion. Check Ubisoft’s US store listing, then verify availability in the store for your platform and region.
What does Ubisoft’s Free Access listing mean?
The Ubisoft US store listing identifies Rainbow Six Siege as Free Access at $0.00 and shows June 10, 2025 as its release date. The price is the store’s current US listing, not a guarantee that every platform or region offers the same access. Store labels and availability can change, so use the relevant storefront for the final check.
Is Wasteland Circuit a free-play offer?
No. Ubisoft’s September 23, 2026 announcement describes Wasteland Circuit as an in-game event running through October 13, 2026. It is limited-time gameplay content, not an announcement that access to the full game is free for a weekend. Ubisoft’s Siege news and updates lists current game news, including Operation Split Fire and other updates; the reviewed listing does not announce an October 9–11 free-play weekend.

How should you check before downloading?
- Look up Rainbow Six Siege in the Ubisoft or console storefront you use, with your region selected.
- Confirm the listing says Free Access or otherwise states that access is currently free; do not infer an offer from a headline, an old promotion, or an in-game event page.
- Check the offer’s dates and platform terms if the store presents a time-limited promotion.
