There is no Soraka-specific change in Riot’s latest located Wild Rift patch notes, Patch 7.3a, dated September 29, 2026—but that does not prove Soraka is unaffected or rule out a live bug. The notes do not identify a Soraka issue, and the question does not specify what is going wrong. A reliable diagnosis needs the ability or interaction, what should happen, what happens instead, and the conditions that reproduce it.
What the latest Wild Rift patch notes say about Soraka
Riot’s latest official notes located as of October 8, 2026 are Patch 7.3a, published September 29. They list changes involving Hwei, Samira, Syndra, Swain, Yuumi and Viego, as well as Smite, Turret Plating and AAA ARAM. Soraka is not named among the champion adjustments.
That is a statement about what the notes document, not confirmation that Soraka has no bug. Patch notes may not cover every live issue, and their silence cannot establish whether a particular player-reported problem is real.
What Patch 7.3 changed—and what it does not establish
The preceding Patch 7.3, dated September 21, described a broad marksman overhaul alongside jungle, ranked and other system updates. Its appendix gives Soraka’s attack-speed ratio as 0.625, base attack speed as 0.625, base bonus attack speed as 0.2, and attack speed per level as 0.012.

Those are champion reference values in the patch appendix; they do not show that Soraka’s attacks or abilities are malfunctioning. The notes also do not identify a Soraka-specific balance change or bug in Patch 7.3. Without a symptom to compare against the documented behavior, the general patch scope and reference stats cannot explain an alleged problem.
How to tell a documented change from a suspected bug
- Documented balance change: Riot’s patch notes explicitly describe a change. The latest notes located do not list one for Soraka.
- Confirmed bug or fix: Riot acknowledges the issue or documents a fix. The current notes cited here do not confirm a Soraka bug or fix.
- Player report: A report describes an observed result, but it needs reproducible details or official confirmation before it can establish a game-wide fault.
What to include in a useful Soraka bug report
Describe the behavior precisely instead of reporting only that Soraka is “broken.” Include:

- Embark on an epic adventure across the land and skies of Hyrule with the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller - The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition.
- Includes motion controls, HD rumble, built-in amiibo functionality*, charging cable (USB-C to USB-A), and more.
- Which ability, item, champion interaction, or other action is involved.
- What you expected to happen and exactly what happened instead.
- Reproduction steps, including whether the issue happens every time or only under certain conditions.
- The game mode and relevant match circumstances.
- Your platform and client details, plus the game version or patch shown in the client.
These details help distinguish a reproducible fault from an interaction, an intended balance adjustment, or a problem limited to a particular match or setup. The title alone does not supply enough information to identify which explanation applies.
A past Astral Infusion change is not evidence of a current fault
Riot’s historical Patch 2.4a notes changed Astral Infusion’s cooldown from 8/6/4/2 seconds to 5/4/3/2 seconds and added a reduction to its health cost when cast while Rejuvenated. That is an older adjustment, not evidence of Soraka’s behavior after Patch 7.3a.

Bottom line on the “Soraka broken” claim
Patch 7.3a does not list a Soraka champion change, while Patch 7.3’s appendix supplies attack-speed reference values rather than evidence of a defect. The official notes cited here neither confirm that Soraka is broken nor rule out an unlisted or later-reported issue. A specific ability and reproducible expected-versus-observed behavior are needed to assess the claim.
