Who is the fastest Angry Bird?
Chuck is the clearest canon-backed answer when “fastest” means the bird’s general character description. Rovio’s Chuck profile calls him the Island’s speedster and says, “Chuck is the fastest bird on the Island – he thinks fast, talks fast and moves even faster.” An official comic independently describes him as “the fastest of the birds.”
Neither source gives a measured speed. They establish Chuck’s characterization, not a numerical race result.
What do official sources say about Terence?
Rovio’s Terence profile calls him “the largest of all the birds” and says he “uses his brawn when needed.” It does not call him the fastest or assign him a speed. So there is no official profile-based case for Terence outrunning Chuck.

Does Terence teleport or move at extreme speed?
Some fans interpret Terence’s sudden appearances in animated scenes as teleportation or extraordinary speed. That is a fan theory, not an ability confirmed by the official character descriptions. Rovio’s Angry Birds Toons page lists “Run Chuck Run” as Season 1, Episode 20 and includes Terence among the series’ characters, but does not establish teleportation or provide a speed comparison.
A particular gag or scene can invite playful interpretation, but it should not be treated as a canon speed measurement. The distinction matters: a comedic entrance is not the same thing as an official character claim.

Is there an official speed number or race result?
No numerical speed figure or quantified race comparison appears in the official character profiles or comic cited here. The evidence is qualitative: Chuck is described as fastest, while Terence is framed around size and strength. Game abilities or an individual animated moment may depend on the specific game or scene, but they do not overturn those broad character descriptions by themselves.
