Spoilers for Sebastian Sallow’s relationship questline: No. Anne remains cursed through the end of the questline, and the choices covered by the game guides do not cure her. Turning Sebastian in does not change Anne’s fate. The game later reveals who cursed her, but does not fully explain what happens to her afterward.
Can you save Anne from her curse?
No available choice in Sebastian’s questline saves Anne from the curse. Sebastian’s plan involves a relic, but the reported outcome leaves her cursed. Changing dialogue choices does not produce a cure, either.
Anne is Sebastian’s twin sister. Her pain keeps her from attending Hogwarts, and Sebastian believes Dark Magic may be necessary to help her. That belief motivates his actions; it is not proof that his plan works. Wizarding World’s character feature provides this background, while Game8’s Sebastian Sallow questline guide covers his plan involving Anne and the relic.
Does turning Sebastian in cure Anne?
No. Turning Sebastian in affects Sebastian’s circumstances, but Anne remains cursed. The reported outcome for her is the same whether you turn him in or not; that choice does not unlock a cure.

Who cursed Anne?
The game later identifies Victor Rookwood as the person who cursed Anne. The character who appears in the conversation revealing this depends on choices related to Sebastian, according to Game8’s ending guide.
What happens to Anne after the questline?
Anne’s longer-term fate is left open in the sources describing the questline and ending. The game does not confirm here that she recovers or dies, so neither outcome should be treated as established.
