The third-party TTWL Save Editor is a desktop app whose project describes editing Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands profile and character saves. Its stated platform scope is PC saves and PS4 saves decrypted with Save Wizard—not ordinary, unmodified console saves. A separate command-line editor is also available, but it is PC-only according to its documentation and offers a narrower set of item edits.
Which save editors are available?

These are independent third-party projects. The cited project materials do not establish publisher endorsement or independently verified safety. The graphical editor’s broader description should not be read as proof that every save or edit works.
How do you edit a Wonderlands save on PC?
The graphical editor’s instructions describe opening either profile.sav or a numbered character .sav file, making changes, and saving over the loaded file or to a new file. The project says it creates backups when saving. Keep a separate untouched copy as well: the command-line editor’s maintainer warns that the app could corrupt saves, and official support warns of potential save loss during file operations.
- Locate the save folder. On PC, Borderlands Support lists the path as
DocumentsMy GamesTiny Tina's WonderlandsSavedSaveGames. Steam and Epic each use an account-specific ID folder inside it. See Borderlands Support’s transfer instructions. - Make a backup before changing anything. Copy the entire account ID folder to a separate location and leave that copy untouched. Borderlands Support’s warning is: “You run the risk of potentially losing your save files, so we strongly recommend that you make a backup copy of your save games.” The article was published April 4, 2025 and updated July 29, 2025.
- Open the intended file in the editor. The GUI project’s instructions cover
profile.savand numbered character saves. Select the file you intend to change; do not assume a profile file and a character file contain the same data. - Save the edit and verify it in-game. If possible, save to a new file first. Launch the game and check that the modified save loads before replacing or deleting the untouched copy.
The command-line project’s documentation says newly created Wonderlands saves need a randomized GUID for the game to recognize them. That is a specific implementation detail for newly created saves, not a general instruction to change GUIDs in an existing save.

Can you use these editors with PlayStation or Xbox saves?
Do not assume so. The graphical editor identifies a narrow PS4 path involving exploited saves decrypted with Save Wizard. That does not establish support for ordinary PS4 saves, PS5 saves, or Xbox saves. The command-line project says only PC savegames have been tested and other platforms are unsupported in its documentation.
The official game FAQ says PS4 saves can be transferred to PS5, but that transfer is one-way: afterward, the save is no longer accessible on PS4. A transfer option is not evidence that a PC save editor can edit console saves. See the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands FAQ.

What if you are moving a save between Steam and Epic?
Borderlands Support documents a manual local-file transfer: launch the destination platform once to create its save folder, exit the game, then copy the contents from the original platform folder, including profile.sav and the numbered character save files. Back up first, and refresh any existing cloud saves after changing the local files. The same support page cautions that transferred Epic progress does not immediately grant prior Steam achievements; some may require meeting their criteria again, and achievement registration is not guaranteed to be consistent.

What should you check before using an editor?
- Confirm the file and platform match the editor’s stated scope; console compatibility beyond the documented decrypted-PS4 case is not established.
- Preserve an untouched backup outside the folder being edited.
- Use the graphical editor for its documented profile/character-file workflow; choose the CLI only if its limited item-editing operations meet your need.
- Check that the game loads the edited save before treating it as your new working copy.
