If an Isekai Feast code fails, check that it is still current, then enter it exactly as shown—with matching capitalization and no extra spaces. The game-specific redemption steps reported by Pocket Gamer are: open your profile, choose Redeem, enter the code, and tap Confirm. These are secondary-source instructions, not an official troubleshooting ruling.
How to redeem an Isekai Feast code
- Open Isekai Feast and tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner.
- Select Redeem from the menu.
- Enter the code and tap Confirm.

Why your Isekai Feast code may not work
The code may have expired
Check the code against a recent announcement before retrying. Pocket Gamer says codes can have short expiration periods, but it does not establish an official expiry policy or provide a verified expiry date for every code. Its September 6, 2026 update listed VIP777 as active, with a stated reward of the five-star hero Annabelle; that is a dated third-party report, not confirmation that the code works now. Check the game’s official Facebook channel for current news, linked from the App Store listing.
Capitalization or spaces may not match
Pocket Gamer advises that codes are case-sensitive and warns players to remove trailing spaces. Compare every character with the source where you found the code, and delete any spaces accidentally copied before or after it.

The problem may need developer support
If the code appears current and you have entered it exactly, the available sources do not confirm other game-specific causes or rules, such as region restrictions, account-age requirements, one-use limits, or a glossary of error messages. Avoid assuming one of those is the cause. Contact Eyougame at [email protected], the support email listed on the App Store page. Include the exact code and a screenshot of the error so support can see what happened; the listing does not say what evidence support requires.

- Check the official Facebook channel for a current announcement.

- If it still fails, email Eyougame with the code and an error screenshot.
Buying in-game currency is not a fix for an invalid or expired code. Codashop describes its Isekai Feast Voucher top-up service as a digital purchase; it does not establish code validity.
