Jeff the Land Shark is a Strategist whose documented moves combine ally healing with enemy damage and crowd control. The latest Jeff-specific balance update in the cited official patch trail, published September 8, 2026, lists Joyful Splash at 140 healing per second, Aqua Burst at 150 m/s and 30 projectile damage, and the post-ultimate healing pool at 130 healing per second. These figures are dated patch values, not a complete live-game ability card.
What Jeff’s moves do
Joyful Splash
The May 2025 rework made Joyful Splash heal allies through intervening allies and enemies, while also damaging enemies for 70 per second. That update reduced its healing from 150 to 130 per second. Marvel Rivals’ September 8, 2026 balance post then raised the healing value from 130 to 140 per second.
Aqua Burst
The May 2025 rework made Aqua Burst a charge ability with up to three charges and three seconds per charge. It also said direct hits launch enemies and increased spell-field damage from 40 to 45. In the September 2026 balance update, projectile speed rose from 100 m/s to 150 m/s, and projectile damage rose from 25 to 30. Those are values from separate patch updates, not a full current stat card.
Healing Bubble
The May 2025 rework changed Healing Bubble from an instant heal to healing over time: 120 healing over four seconds, with a maximum of three charges instead of six. The update also removed its enemy-launch effect. The later Jeff-specific balance post cited here does not mention Healing Bubble; that omission does not establish whether it has remained unchanged since.

Hide and Seek
The May 2025 notes set Hide and Seek’s energy cap at 120. It drains 20 energy per second while Jeff is submerged and restores 15 per second while he is not submerged. These notes do not provide a complete input sequence, exact current duration, or every limitation.
A separate August 2026 patch says Jeff automatically switches to a swimming animation in deep water at Hellfire Bay Beach. That is a map-specific water behavior, not a general instruction for using Hide and Seek.

It’s Jeff! (Ultimate Ability)
The May 2025 rework says that when allies swallowed by It’s Jeff! receive overflow healing, they gain 45 bonus health per second, up to 150. The September 2026 update separately raised the healing pool provided after casting the ultimate from 100 to 130 healing per second. These are distinct effects: the overflow bonus-health mechanic concerns swallowed allies, while the later value describes the post-cast healing pool.
Team-Ups and related changes
The May 2025 update introduced Jeff-nado with Storm: Storm receives Shark Surge, and Jeff receives It’s Jeff-nado!. It also described Symbiote Shenanigans with Venom, through which Jeff receives Healing Tendrils. The same update removed Frozen Spitball when Chilling Charisma was removed. These are dated update records; check the in-game roster before assuming a Team-Up is currently available.

The latest Jeff-specific balance source cited here is the Version 20260911 Balance Post, published September 8, 2026 for the September 11 update. It documents the later values for Joyful Splash, Aqua Burst, and the healing pool after It’s Jeff!, but does not provide a complete current ability card. The cited material does not establish button inputs, current range, cooldowns, durations, or all targeting and ability limitations, so those details should be checked in the live game rather than inferred from patch notes.
